The Garnet of Casa Grande

We are very happy and satisfied with atll the services given to us, the staff has been taking really good care of him. It's always had a wonderful reputation and everybody that lives there, you can't find anyone that's dissatisfied, I haven't yet. Management has all been so eager to answer all questions and have been right there to help him. They've treated him so nicelyThey've been really great to us, they're a wonderful staff. My husband eats every bite of the food, they take care of everything. It's very nice and clean with beautiful flowers and lovely trees. The lawn is always kept very well, it's very nice. The transportation services have been perfect.

Management is fantastic. They answered all the questions that we had. The girls and the cook is really good. The people I've talked to and the aides and all of them are fantastic people. Everything is so nice.

I think mom feels much safer there than at home, she’s lived there nine years now. The current Activities team is good, striving to do what they can to include her in every activity they can. The department managers are available and good at responding. I've eaten meals with my mother several times and never had a bad meal, the food quality's good. The maintenance team is very responsive when she ends something, always timely and does a good job. The whole building was renovated, redecorated, painted, new floors, it looks good. The care givers do well when she has a problem, they come in and sit and talk with her, they do little things to help her, and they are very consistent with medications. The current housekeeper does a good job, cleans her apartment well, puts clothes away, they come back clean from the laundry, mom’s pleased. We are getting a good value for the price. I think they're good, it's a good place.

They have everything as far as services. The building itself is nice and clean, care is good, 3 meals a day and 24 hour staff is provided. For the price, the value is good. I've seen other places, and her apartment here is much nicer. Her apartment is cozy, it's her own little space. Anytime we've had concerns, they're all smiles and helpful to us and my grandmother. They were so welcoming, we love them. It's been a positive experience. I tell my mom when I am older that's where I want to live.

We liked the community and have known about it for a long time, we've had friends in here, so mom moved in recently. The care givers are good, when they notice a maintenance issue they communicate it to maintenance, who are also responsive. We’re satisfied with how clean her apartment is and how laundry is done and she is happy with the food. We had one meal there and food was good. The managers are real good when I ask them to do something they get on it right away and it's taken care of that day or the very next day. It’s a good price, and we know mom is safe and comfortable here.

Mama is very comfortable living there. Management is excellent, any time I've called there's been no problems satisfying me. My mama likes the food and she's happy with the arrangements in the dining room. She stays busy and enjoys all the activities. The building is excellent, it's a beautiful place. Everybody takes care of her needs when she needs it. For the price she is paying she couldn’t ask for better. She could never get the quality service for the same price anywhere else.

Management made things work from the day I called until the day we actually signed documents. Everyone keeps me well informed and this is the best I've ever dealt with. It's like going into a first class hotel, they just take care of everything.

There was a lot of people who really liked them and they liked all of the staff. It was an all around good place to stay.

If you ask for anything the management is very helpful. They come in and do the cleaning. They seem to do a good job and I think it is better then a lot of places. Maintenance is so responsive. They did renovate the lobby and they keep the outside very nice and the apartments are kept up. They have opened it up and it looks clean and nice. I think the care givers have done a wonderful job and they have been very patient with her.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my mother receives at The Garnet of Casa Grande. Every time I am on the phone with her, the healthcare staff comes to check on her, so I am really happy with her daily care. She has lived in other communities, but this place is by far the best she has been.
