Management is the very best and the care is fabulous. The dining is absolutely fabulous, you can pick out several items that you want and it's just perfect. The service is fabulous for me as well, everything is perfect. They're doing very well with the activities, they're just wonderful. I couldn't do any better with the housekeeping if I did it myself. I also use the transportation every single month. I'm the first one to sign up for things on the first of the month. It's so fun to get out and see things. Everything is absolutely A+!

My wife completed a respite stay here. The food is good and it is obviously prepared with an older person's perspective in mind. The activities are well thought out and sounded very good. Housekeeping kept her room clean and everything in the apartment was in order. My wife was well taken care of here.

I think the activities are very good and they keep us very busy. Nick leads an acting group and they put on plays for us once a year. They take us on field trips and out to eat. Our new manager is good about coming to visit with us and see what we like and what we would like done better. I've lived here for 10 years and I love the people around me.

When you walk into the doors, you feel like you're walking into a fancy hotel. Every one on staff has been very nice, friendly and helpful.

We were very happy with every single person we encountered, they were all very nice. There were plenty of activities for the residents to choose from. Houskeeping was immaculate and maintenance was on top of things.

I'm a retired registered nurse and from what I've seen everything seems to be very nice. I'm very satisfied with the management. The care is excellent. I have no complaints about the food at all and the servers are excellent. The housekeeping and laundry services are both excellent. I'm pretty picky on how things are done and I haven't had to ask them to redo anything.

I think it is terrific compared to other places in town. There are three places to eat here: the dining room, the buffet and the bistro. The buffet is absolutely sensational. My housekeeper is good and I am satisfied with everything that she is supposed to do. If something goes wrong, maintenance is here to fix it if we let them know. If you don't like an activity you can find one that you do like. We have bus trips a couple times a week and go to restaurants and special programs in the town. The transportation works well and they do a good job of keeping thier vehicles up to snuff.

Mom and dad have been here two years, and I would say all the nurses, aides, and so forth are lovely. They have a lot of great activities on the Assisted side and the one my dad take advantage of is the group for people caring for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s, and he gets a lot out of that. Their big events are really fun, like Mardi Gras. My dad likes the food and apartment cleaning has been good for both mom and dad. We recommend them all the time.

I live at Glenwood Place and even though I am in Independent, if I need anything from the staff, they're very accommodating, so I am very happy here. I go grocery shopping and that's always good. The maintenace is very, very, good because I had something go out and they fixed it that afternoon. Housekeeping keeps the place very clean and the bathroom is always spotless. They do a good job with the activities and they keep us busy, so there is a good variety offered. Overall, management is accessible and responsive to me, so it's been an excellent experience and I am satisfied with the accommodations provided.

I live at Glenwood Place and I think the community is competitive in the marketplace. While there are new places popping up all around, there are nice amenities here that kept me here and my apartment is cozy, so I love it. They have 3 menus here, the food is always good and it's always well presented, so it's a very positive experience. Overall, I am very impressed with the commitment management has made in keeping contact with residents, so they really seem to have their feet in on the community, which is great.
