Gracemont

The food that I've seen looks really good. They are accommodating to him if he wants to eat in his room. He has gone to the Mexican restaurant and played Bingo and has fun with both of those. He apartment is usually pretty clean when we get there. Everybody there is really nice, and they do a good job.

The food was good. He was happy that someone came and cleaned his room. The caregivers checked on him a lot and made sure he got his meds when he was supposed to. He was happy with that. It looked clean, everything was well cared for, and he seemed to have a good time.

The community is a good value and my husband feels comfortable living there. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. I am satisfied with the consistency of housekeeping services. For activities, I like the restaurants they take them to because they're nicer, like Long Horn. My husband thinks the food is excellent and the service too. Overall, I am very happy with the community.

The Move In Director Brittany educated me on everything, she did an excellent job going over everything. It was very clear and concise. It was bright and cheerful, all of the staff spoke to the residents by name, it made everybody feel at home. I looked at ten other properties, it was the experience and the staff that made me feel like mom would be comfortable there. Cynthia was great with the assessment. Management has done an incredible job and the healthcare staff has been excellent.

I think it is great that they have snacks accessible if they care to have some. All you have to do is mention it to the staff or they ask. The staff is always very helpful. The maintenance staff helped tremendously getting the TV hooked to the cable because we were out of town. Britney the move in coordinator was really helpful getting the cable set up. The building is very clean and very nice. The care givers have helped tremendously and have been very patient. That has to be a calling to do that.

The housekeeping staff is willing to do anything you ask. The place tries to keep a consistent activity schedule going and my mother says the food is good. She feels safe and comfortable at the community. Management is genuinely interested and knowledgeable about how the operation runs. Overall, it is what was to be expected.

I think the price is worth what his fee is and I am very satisfied with the management. My father loves the food, housekeeping has been good and the building is excellent and always immaculate. The care is excellent here and I couldn't ask for a better environment for him. I have been reassured that I made the right decision moving him here.

We chose this community for Dad because we had Mom here a few years ago and we really liked the place. They got his cable box in even before he moved in. They have been very nice. I think the food is really good too. They work well at getting you admitted and all that stuff.

I feel Gracemont is a great value. It was sunny, had wide halls and felt more like a home than an institution. They go out of their way to take care of my sister. The food is fabulous. They give her a wide variety and the portions are ample. When I was there the other day her room looked beautiful. It was all clean and the bed was made. The building is maintained beautifully. The care has been wonderful. Her med techs have even given me their phone numbers so I can text them if I need anything. They have been great. There is a physician service that comes and we have been using him. That has been nice.

After two years there, I am moving. I am not mad, I just want to be closer to my daughter. The food is all right. The wait staff attitude is what I like. We need love and the girls there have just been precious. They love old folks and that is important. My housekeeper certainly is accommodating and friendly. She is doing what she's told to do. The people here are wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone, I sure would.
