Nursing checks in on her periodically to make sure she is doing alright, which gives her a sense of comfort. I think maintenance anticipates things and are proactive with these issues. Mom said that all of her housekeeping needs are thoroughly taken care of. They have price and quality together, so that is great. She told me yesterday that she thought it was a very good decision to move there. I would recommend it. I just have a lot of gratitude to the staff for making Mom's move so easy and taking such good care of her.

The house has just been remodeled. The condition of the house is in great shape. I have no problems with housekeeping. They are consistent. I think the management team is good. I think the manager here does a good job. I have no real complaints about the management of the house.

The dining staff is maintaining the proper dietary needs. The housekeeping and maintenance is fantastic. The place is always clean, and it is always taken care of. Whatever needs to be done is handled in a very timely manner. The community is doing great, and I appreciate it. The acommodations are great. I can't complain. He is very much safe and comfortable. The value is tremendous.

All in all, everyone had smiles, and everyone was doing their job. Katie is absolutely wonderful. She is fabulous. She answered everything that I needed answered. The care staff is very kind. Larry is the drvier, and he is wonderful. He calls me to let me know my dad is okay. The maintenance guy was very nice. I know my dad has gone out ot eat once, and that was very nice. They had music there one day, and that was also really nice. I think my dad is safe and comfortable, and he's making new friends.

I love the facility. It is really good, and I am very happy with it. The management staff have been super helpful during the whole process. They have been very nice. Everything in dining looks good. I haven't eaten there but it looks wonderful. The chef did take the time to talk to me about her likes and dislikes. Maintenance has been great. He has been very helpful with anything we’ve needed. He has just been wonderful.

They communicate well and are very helpful. The dining room is so nice and them having the personal choice is just great. The care seems to be great and they are very helpful and seem to take good care of her. Anytime I call there they are very responsive.

The management staff are easy to get a hold of, respond to emails/texts and are friendly and easy to work with. The food was my mom's biggest concern and she is absolutely thrilled with it.. She has been pleased with the transportation and that and has been a lifesaver for me. The care is very good, there is always someone checking on her. I feel she is being well tended to.

I was very happy with everything there. The girls that assist the residents are wonderful and I don't think they get appreciated enough. I even ate there a couple of times and the food was good. The activities were good. They always tried to have someone in there singing with the residents and I would get up and dance with them. I loved it there and I loved all of the girls that helped my mother out.

I would say the value is very good. I have friends who also have aging relatives and some of the prices they are paying is steep to me. I thought this was great. It was very reasonable. He is in a place where he is so comfortable and safe and I couldn't ask for anything more. He is happy here. The management staff are wonderful people. Katie helped me with everything. A lot of times people think you know everything about it but you don't. She was so patient walking us through and calling me to make sure I didn't have any questions before Donnie moved in. She was just super. My uncle is a very picky eater and he has enjoyed the food. He has actually gone downstairs. I was afraid he wouldn't socialize but he has. I am just pleased. The chef was super nice to me the day he moved in. There are so many diverse things trying to please different people in the activities. He has shocked me and has participated in a lot of things. That place is so comforting and comforting when you walk in. He says the people here are so nice. I am so glad he is settled in a wonderful place with wonderful people.

I thought the price was very good compared to what my mother-in-law received. Management was always attentive to what we asked and they always worked with us. She loved the food. I called about her shower and maintenance came and got that fixed. It is an older building but maintenance did fine with the upkeep and maintenance of it.
