Everything was fine and I really appreciated everything they did for my mom at the community. The care was wonderful and the staff treated her like she was their mom. The maintenance staff responded promptly to requests. Housekeeping was always cleaning and kept the place nice. Activities were entertaining, well planned and consistently offered. I was happy with the food quality. The management attended to her needs and any questions I might have needed answered. Overall, she felt safe and comfortable.

The price is fair and the services are satisfactory. The healthcare staff is respectful and accessible. The building is definitely maintained and I am very happy with my mother's living conditions. The housekeeping and laundry has been acceptable. The service staff during dining is helpful. She feels safe and comfortable. I have been happy with the management. All in all, I am very satisfied with the community.

I am satisfied with the accommodations my mother receives at the community. She enjoys in their activities and the maintenance staff fix things if I bring it to their attention. The apartment cleaning is satisfactory and the housekeeping staff is on top of doing laundry. The healthcare staff take care of things right away and they take good care of her. Everything I have eaten there has been good and she gets a good variety on the dining menu. Management has been very cooperative with different matters that I've had.

We chose this community for my husband because we liked the whole concept of it. You can always find someone from the healthcare staff, they answer questions and they're very polite. I am grateful to the maintenance staff and the building condition is good. They do a great job with the dining experience in terms service, food and the nice variety. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. My husband feels safe and comfortable. Overall, I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided. The staff all seem to be very concerned and they care about the residents.

I think it's a very nice facility and a pleasant atmosphere. I think there are a lot of wonderful, caring people there. The maintenance man is very nice and pleasant.

From the nursing staff to the Director and from the top to the bottom, they are all very educated at the community. The staff looks at each individual resident to assess what their needs are. I think they have been doing a phenomenal job with my brother over there. Mary is phenomenal with the activities. The housekeeping has been very good. His room is always clean and the beds are changed all of the time. Angel (healthcare staff) is phenomenal. As of now, I have been very happy.

They worked with me from day one and gave me the best price possible. I couldn't be more pleased. Every single person up until this point has been helpful with everything. The building is maintained very well. Every time the care staff notices something, they let me know immediately. The activities are great. THey had a holiday Christmas party, and the food was to die for.

In regards to the activities, they do go down for happy hour and they have gone on some of the trips when the weather was nice. Mary, the activities director, does a good job. Overall, Harbour tries to accommodate them.

If there are ever any questions or concerns about anything, I would ask once and things were taken care of. The management is always on top of things and get back to you quickly. In regards to the dining, there are well balanced meals. The servers are pleasant and polite and are very nice. They help out as quickly as they can. From what I see, on the activity schedule, there seems to be pretty good activities for everybody to do and enjoy. Anytime any of the laundry needs to be done it is definitely taken care of and the place is always clean. Maintenance is always right on it. They took care of things and were real polite about things. The care givers keep up on everything and the care. Anytime I have had questions or concerns about anything, I make one phone call and I have always had answers.From what I have seen, it is worth every penny. It is a clean environment, and it is a welcoming environment. The staff that I have come in contact with have been pleasant and helpful. Everybody knows the resident's name and their likes and dislikes. They make a point to get to know the residents, and I appreciate that. I would say it is worth it.

Management is cooperative, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. The caregivers are are professional, caring, and attentive. They are always accessible and quick to meet my mother's needs. The food is of good quality and good variety. They have a variety of activities, they encourage participation from the residents, and they are entertaining. Maintenance and housekeeping are efficient, timely and thorough. I appreciate how they have physical and occupational therapy incorporated into the community.
