The care my mom is given there is really good. Maintenance and housekeeping have really improved in the last year. I think the activities are good. I think right now the value is good, for the quality of care, that's a fair price.

Everything has been seamless and very easy. We don't have to worry about anything because they are doing everything. They have nutritious meals. Everyone has just been great. Everytime we have visited, my mother in law is fresh and clean and her clothes smell good. They have been absolutely fantastic with her. The staff have been patient, loving, kind and helpful. I am so impressed with them and so relieved that she is here. We are able to rest easy because she is being taken care of.

The caregivers are attentive to mom and communicate well with us. We’re satisfied she’s getting a fair value.

Chase, the activities director, it is fantastic. Every time I talk to her they are doing something or just finished something. There isn't a smell in the community and everything is clean. When I have asked maintenance for something they've either fixed it or done their best to get it squared away. Everybody has been real nice.

When we moved my mother here, her rent decreased and her care increased. I think her apartment is fabulous and it is a nice place to be. The director is doing a great job. The food quality is good, I like the dining staff and they are doing a wonderful job within the parameters of what they are given. The activities director is fabulous, really cares and is doing some interesting activities.

My aunt is very well taken care of there, and all staff members are always accessible and accommodating. The community is well-kept, updated, and beautiful. I am very happy that we found this place for my aunt to stay. She says that it is the best place she's ever lived in. They pay attention to her, and they take really good care of her.

It's one of the best places we've seen. The transportation services have been great and the healthcare staff is very good. I know the cook is an awesome guy and he tries really hard to accommodate the people that live there, I really appreciate all of his efforts. So far the management change has been very positive, they've upgraded the TV, they're doing some interior updating so overall it's very positive.

I'm just so grateful for the care staff who really care, so that's wonderful. They are so much better than it used to be. The new management is fabulous. The residents are treated with respect, even in the dining experience, and the dining staff is incredible. The building is just beautiful, it's nice and so well kept, I was very impressed. The healthcare staff have just been lovely people, it seems like the new people have gone out of their way.

I felt my husband was very safe there. I love the fact the dining room is a small setting. The food seems to be good; I have no complaints at all. Housekeeping is excellent and I have no issues with the management team. Maintenance did a very good job getting the bed set up quickly. The common areas are clean and well kept. The care givers are excellent. They always knew my husband's name, they were there if we needed anything, they were very kind to him, and they put up with his many, many quirks. I am very satisfied with the value we’re getting. I already have recommended it to other people.

My mom is in memory care and they are doing a great job. My mom hasn't complained and every time we have been there we can tell that she is being taken care of. The staff is very kind to her. Her room always smells clean. It looks like a home. That is what drew me to the facility. It has a fire place and a gathering area around the fireplace.
