They have helped me tremendously. Connie who is the administrator is a wonderful person. The housekeeping is excellent. The lady that does it is friendly. She does everything to accommodate and she is just a good person. The maintenance man is wonderful. He does everything that my mom needs. All of the care givers are really helpful as well.

We chose the community because we liked how nice and active the activities were compared to other communities, plus the number of residents. The healthcare staff have been very responsive to mother's medical situation. The maintenance staff is very responsive, friendly and quick to get things done. Mom likes the menu variety during dining, especially the salads, and has had no complaints with the service. Management is very responsive to our needs and were very helpful with getting her settled in. All in all, I think it's a good value and a good price. I appreciate how much the community has been working with us to help mom.

It is a nice, clean facility. The staff is good. So far, mom says the food is excellent. All in all, she is very satisfied. I think they have some good activities. She enjoys the musical activities and that kind of stuff. I think she's gone to a few of the church services. She is satisfied with the housekeeping. They are doing her personal laundry and getting everything back to her.

All of the management and care staff is extremely friendly and professional, and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are always eager to help. In addition, there is a well organized activity schedule to engage my parents, the food is delicious, and the building is well-maintained. I am very impressed so far.

Management shows my father constant attention, patience and I feel like the door is open 24/7. They have a beautiful courtyard area that is very well maintained and inside, I haven't seen any lightbulbs out and the painting is fresh, so they're doing a great job. The care staff is very good and the community provides stimulating activities for the residents as well as outings. Surprisingly enough, my father seems very happy, which I did not think was going to be possible, so I'd highly recommend it to others.

She loves the food and there's always something on the alternate menu she can order. Maintenance has been very good, the building is very nice.

The staff was wonderful and I was very happy with the care my mother recevied. The food and activities were wonderful and the dining staff was great. I loved it here and I think we got a lot for our money.

I absolutely feel we're getting a good value. She feels comfortable and nothing about the grounds or the employees shows me any lack of safety. The care is really good and everyone interacts with the residents in a way that is friendly. I am blown away by the how caring the staff is there. We have been really happy with our interactions with management and the whole process. I see people often in the evenings and crazy hours in the morning, so I sense this kind of inherent flexibility in the management because they don't view things as 8-to-5. This community is my 1st recommendation to people.

We just moved mom in, and we can't complain about a thing. The caregivers are accessible and always respectful, and every time we go over it's clean, spotless. The maintenance man is outstanding; he was very helpful and personable. Anything you need, he sees to it. My mom is very excited about dining there; she says the food is great. I think she thinks she's off at camp, she loves it. The management team has been excellent all the way around. We're very pleased with the value. I don’t think my mom has ever been this happy and content. It's a wonderful place.

My friend visited Heritage Place and another AL place and she liked Heritage best. She says the food is excellent and she enjoyed the ride that they went on very much. It's very clean and the people are very accommodating, all in all, I think it's an excellent facility and I know that she is very happy there. I think the value is wonderful, I was amazed that it was as inexpensive as it is for the care she receives.
