Heritage Woods

I think our campus is nice. The buildings are nice and well kept. The yard is nice. I would say the value is very good. I have no complaints in any way about this place. I'm very pleased with the food and I think we have good selections. We have three choices for entrees and five or six for sides and three for desserts. Housekeeping is also very good. They clean once a week and they do a very good job. They come in and empty our trash. I'm very pleased with that.

They are so caring, very personable and professional. They keep me up on everything about my mom. I have eaten there with my mom twice and it was wonderful. She says the food is very good and they have a variety. She is very enthused about how well they keep the apartment, she says it is spotless. I took some of my picky friends there and they said the community was like an upscale five star hotel. It is very clean.

The community was outstanding in every single thing they did. The food, the staff and the women behind the desk were fabulous. The maintenance department responded promptly to work orders, the housekeepers cleaned regularly and were wonderful, the dining service was excellent and served fresh food and the management was very accomodating to my mother. I would definitely recommend the community to others!

The management is pretty great. The maintenance staff is good, too, and they are always working on something. My grandmother had a problem with her mailbox the other day and he was immediately over there helping us with it.

The value is excellent. Everything that I am paying for is being provided and at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with my apartment. They've made some changes in the menu recently and continue to do things to improve the service and the food. I've been happy with it. There's a new chef on staff and is working hard to meet people's needs. We have games available for many people. There are three sessions a week for brain games or Trivia and that's a good challenge for people's minds. Volunteers handle some of the activities, which works well. Apartments are cleaned once a week and that service is very good. There are two people on staff doing maintenance and that's working very well. They vary their priorities depending on what's needed, but everything gets done.

When my mother moved to the community the maintenance guy and Sheila responded very well. My mom was particular and they fixed everything very quickly that was a concern. We appreciated that. The housekeeping is good and the dining is great. She is really happy with the variety of the menu.

Everything is so convenient here. It is a nice place. The people are nice and they look after you pretty good. Compared to other places this place has a lot more to offer. They do good with the housekeeping. When I need anything fixed they usually come and do it right away.

The staff they have there, I have absolutely no negative things to say about them. They have always responded and been able to handle anything I need. They are pleasant, engaging, good listeners and attentive to all residents.

I'm well taken care of and I'm secure here, and it's an excellent location. I really can't complain. I'm happy here. The care staff just couldn't be better. I like the driver for the transportation services. He's very good. The maintenance is good. I think they do well. The building is clean and it looks good. We have an excellent activities director. She's on top of things and she has a great personality. I've been here for ten years now, and the food is the best it's been. We have Mary as our director, and she's the best one we've ever had. She's really on top of things, and she sees the whole picture.

It’s been a long year for my family and now we’re finally relaxed! The service is pleasant, the food is good, there are always activities offered. The care staff works with me when I need it and I’m happy to have friends here.
