Heritage Woods

The community is well-kept, the management staff is respectful and helpful, and the dining service and food is good! So far, I have had a very pleasant experience.

I am very pleased here because it is very clean and welcoming. The housekeepers are very helpful and excellent. Maintenance is very accommodating and the only odors here are coming from the kitchen and those are good odors. The food is excellent and the servers are accommodating, friendly and helpful. The management solves any problems you might have and answers any questions you might have. They are very caring. The transportation is great and accommodating. I am completely satisfied.

I pay a good price a month for the one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. When we looked at others, this seemed to be the best value for what you were getting. I wanted a full kitchen and think I got a good value for what I wanted. The food is excellent. The building is maintained beautifully.

I’ve been living in Heritage Woods about three years now. There are a lot of activities and they seem good. Housekeeping is good, and they do a good job cleaning the bathroom. The transportation service is wonderful. Management is really trying to make it great, and I feel very safe here.

I have been here 5 years and I really enjoy the family nights. It gives family a chance to come over and join in. There are so many different wonderful activities.

The price is okay, the dining is getting better and the cleaning is okay. I think the transportation is good.

Management is very good, no problems. The dining is very good and the activities are excellent. I have used the transportation service and there are no problems. When I want to use it, it's there. Maintenance has been very helpful. I haven't had any major problems but the little problems they fix right away.

It's really a nice place and I'm very satisfied with it. I don't do many of the activities. I think the activities would be good if I was able to go. The dining is really nice.

We looked around at several places before choosing this one. We lived very close to here so it made it convenient to our friends, church, doctors and our normal shopping area. My husband has dementia and they have a memory care area here so I would still be close to him if he needed to move into that area. Management is good about keeping us informed on things. The food is very good and the staff is very efficient. I think there are enough activities to participate in. Our housekeeping is good. In fact, in talking to her she and I knew some of the same people. I had someone come up to me and tell me we were lucky to have her on this floor. The maintenance staff put in new carpet for us and it was all fresh when we moved in. I think everything is good!
