I think the management is doing a good job and. Recently they have a lot more employees and due to the virus.They invite my brother to participate in activities. The housekeeping seems very good and he gets laundry service twice a week. That is very good. The maintenance is very good, whenever he needs something done in his room it is done within a day or done prior to the end of 24 hours. The care is very good and if he asks for something they respond immediately. I am satisfied with the value and he likes it here. He seems real comfortable here. I know that the staff works very hard especially during this time of lockdown. They are taking all the steps to keep them safe and I appreciate that.

The management is doing a really good job especially through this time. The manager is really having to make an effort. They keep everybody up to date and involved. My mom is real happy with the food. The activities are good. My mom picks and chooses what she likes and I was really glad to see that. She loves the music activities and she has found some things that she enjoys. Aaron in maintenance is really good. Anytime we have asked for anything he has always been in there and taken care of it. He is always responsive. It is a beautiful place.

The management is very good. If I happen to be there during the day, they are in their office or close to where I can get a hold of them. The food is good, and the wait staff is very good. My mother-in-law just celebrated her birthday, so we brought in a cake, and they were very helpful in making sure that got taken care of. The laundry is going just fine. They even help my mother-in-law put it away. The activities are very good. They are really encouraging my father-in-law to participate, and we appreciate that. Aaron, the maintenance man, does a wonderful job. He is very helpful. The care is going very well. Both of them are wearing the necklace and bracelet, so if they needed any help, they can push it. The care givers are very quick to come, and they are very attentive. My mother in law loves it. I think the value is very good.

The management staff did a really good job. When I ate there and in terms of what I saw and what I smelled, I always thought the food was excellent. The activities were decent. My dad liked the music and the early Amercian history talks, and he did like bingo. The maintenance man was competent. I loved the staff that was there. I thought they did a good job taking care of Dad. They are very caring people. They had the best interest of the residents there. At the bottom of their hearts, they all have the best interest in trying to help and care for Dad and the other residents that are there. I know they did their best. I thought they did a great job.

The management is respectful and knowledgeable. They are always very helpful if we need anything or if we want to look into something. In regards to the dining, they have a well rounded menu, and if you don't happen to like something, you will have choice. It seems like they always have a good variety of activities. They try to draw in community people and family members. If the maintenance is working on something, it is done quickly.

The care that the people there give my parents is awesome. They respond to their needs, and we're very pleased with their care. The building looks very nice. Things don't look dirty. The housekeepers are really responsive with cleaning and doing the laundry. My parents have enjoyed what they have participated in. I know the food is good. The management is very accommodating, and they've been very good to us. I think both of my parents are safe and comfortable, and I would recommend the community.

Whenever I contact management, they're respectful. They always acknowledge my concerns, get right back to me, and take care of what I need. The healthcare staff seems good. Maintenance is satisfactory, and they just put down new flooring in his apartment, which was nice. Housekeeping keeps the apartment neat and clean, and I know they come in to take his garbage daily. The activity director encourages him to participate in activities that are well planned and offered daily for residents. He is very satisfied with the dining, and the menu allows him to choose what is easy to eat. All in all, it's a nice and quiet community on the edge of town. It's well maintained, well managed, and I am glad that he is there. I have never heard him complain and knowing there are people are around gives him peace of mind.

I have been really happy with this situation has done for our family and my mother said it was nice right away. The healthcare staff have been really good about getting used to mom and her needs. I was surprised at how fast the maintenance staff got things done at move in. The laundry gals have been really good and I haven't noticed anything dirty in my loved one's bathroom. She loves the music activities and for her needs, she is keeping busy, choosing the activities she wants to go to. They're doing a fine job with the dining experience and she gets well rounded meals. All in all, my dad was in a nursing home, but this is way different. It's not just workers coming at you, it's like family. With the way people are trained to interact with you, it really does make it a comfortable place and I am really impressed with it.

The management has been great. They're really helpful, respectful and they're always running around in the building. I am happy with the healthcare staff and the transportation schedule works fine for my mother. The floors and bathroom are kept clean, and the maintenance staff does good. What they have for activities is real good and they said they were going to try to get even more here pretty soon. They went to the Humane Society to see all the dogs and cats. I go about every day to see her and I think the menu looks really good. She gets a kick out of the dining service and the food looks good. Overall, the community has been really good her and I have already told people that this is the place to go.

I really was happy there. Compared to other places, I like this community very much. My husband was well taken care of. He liked, and I liked it. The staff is very kind. I love each and every one of them. There are plenty of activities to do. They have exercise, music, bingo, and card games, so you could be busy all day long. The housekeeping is very good. They take care of the floors and all that. The transportation works great. He wore a pendant on him and had to learn to press the button when he needed something. As he learned that, it worked great.
