Maintenance has been excellent, the rehab people are wonderful, and the dining service is excellent. The management is friendly. I really don't have any complaints. I think the price is very fair.

The management was very responsive and they made an effort to get to know both, residents and families, so it was a great experience. The common areas were maintained well, the care was awesome and the housekeeper was super sweet to my father. Dining was good and his apartment was beautiful, so overall, we enjoyed getting to know the healthcare staff and he felt safe and comfortable at the community.

It’s a good community; the care is good, the care givers are respectful and available. Housekeeping is great, consistent, and take care of things well in the apartment and with his laundry. We have no issues with the transportation service there and management is good, they communicate well and they're respectful. The value is very good, it's cheaper than anything else in the area by a wide margin.

It's quality service for a quality price. We've interacted with management, had some questions on charges and they were responsive. Dining is very good, she has nothing but positive reviews. Its good and tasty food, menu selection is great and the dining staff is great. They have a ladies breakfast, bingo, soulful things, plenty of activities like Wii bowl. Mom uses the bus to go on the trips, takes it to Pic 'n' Save and it's satisfactory. The building is always clean, there's never any odor.

Mom likes her apartment. The cleaning has been good and maintenance has been very responsive. The care givers are great. She's been very happy with the meals and the menu variety. We appreciate the activities, there always seems to be something going on. She is very much comfortable and safe there.

The management is very good in what they do and things are run well. I do like the food very much and there is always a very good selection. They have such an excellent cook and the service is pretty good. The maintenance is excellent. Anytime I mention something to them they are here the same day if possible.

The management reacts to anything that my wife and I need and they work out any problems that come about. The meals and activites are very good. They have bingo and events like game show events as well as crafts for the people who are interested and casino trips to Greenbay. The care givers here are very, very helpful and very friendly.

Lisa in management takes care of us and she does a very good job. There are always activities to do. The food is very good most of the time. The servers are very good and there is a good menu variety, there is always something you can eat.
