I think for where he wants to live it is the best I’m going to find. They are real good about sending emails and giving us an update. They are good people over there and care about their client. Any time I've been over there things look neat and clean. I have never heard him complain about anything.

I like their management. They are doing very well. They offer a wide variety of activities. She is happy with the housekeeping. I think the maintenance is excellent. Anytime she has called maintenance they have been right there. Transportation always gets her where she needs to be going.

They take good care of the place and they just repainted, the maintenance is amazing. Whenever you call and open a ticket, they are super responsive and the guys who do it are really nice.

With the places I reviewed before and took my mother to, this community is much better and the location is good. The medtechs do a good job. The building has been really good, especially since being renovated. Every time I have been to her apartment, I have never seen a problem. She is happy with the activities offered, and she says that there is always something to do. If I have any issues, management calls me or I can just call in, so their contact is good. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable, and it's always clean with friendly staff. I have never run into anyone negative, and I have no intention to move my mom. If she asked, I'd say no.

My dad likes the food, we have seen the menu and it looks good and he likes the service. They are good, thorough and fast. This community has a lot of things going on which is nice because it gets them out and gets their minds off of things. Maintenance is good. If you put in a request at the front desk they will get it done within 24 hours. They are really nice, get right on it and are very polite. The building is great. It is so nice, well taken care of and well maintained. The caregivers seem to be pretty prompt. If you call them they are there within a few minutes. The price is comparable.

The activities are good. She likes going out on the Sunday drives and the International Day things they have. The caregivers are doing good. There is a guy named Abel in maintenance that is really good. He does a lot of the moving in and hanging pictures. She is very happy with the transportation service that is provided.

My experience with the management team has been very good and they're accessible. Things look like they're working pretty well around the community and the staff do a great job with managing medications. There is a lot of variety and effort in trying to get residents involved with activities, and the meals appear tasteful looking, so I think the value is fair.

The healthcare staff appear to be accessible and responsive to the residents. The activity calendar has a lot going on and things appear to be both, entertaining and well planned. The building appears maintained and my uncle's room is always super clean with no clutter. Overall, management takes care of him well and the community is nice, so it's better than most.

We liked the amenities and the two different dining rooms and the coffee room and the number of activities that were available. I think the care aspect has been spot on since my dad has been there. It is not only the medicine but keeping an eye on his needs. The care givers are really on top of it.

The price is good and management is super kind and understanding. My dad likes the food and says it is great. They have activities, his room always looks clean to me and the caregivers are great.
