The Landing of Stow

Housekeeping is good and the maintenance man is always working. All in all the caregivers are pretty good. My sister likes it here and I know she is being taken care of. That is what matters. I wouldn't put her anywhere else.

Compared to other places, the price is fair. Management has been very good and the care she receives seems to be fine. Activities are available and the building looks really good. Whenever we have mentioned something to maintenance, they have taken care of it right away.

I think they do a good job of meeting my mother's needs. There are a lot of activities on the calendar. My mom seems to really like the food.

Management has been very responsive and work towards constructive solutions. Mother enjoys the food and there are plenty of desserts. I have only seen the healthcare staff be patient with her, which is one of the things I really like about community. They have good activities offered and her apartment is in a good location, so, everything considered, she feels safe and comfortable.

Mom is very safe and very comfortable. Management is on the ball, they seem to care for the residents. Maintenance fixed minor issues, and we’re satisfied with housekeeping’s apartment cleaning. The residents are all well fed. I think the price is fair for all she gets.

I did the research on it and I think the overarching reason was the joy I saw in the other residents when I visited the facility. Management has been excellent and transparent. It's the biggest game changer for my mom to have that social element, a chance for exercise every day, a chance to make new friendship. It's great, it's better than I would have expected.

Our Head Manager is wonderful and she is accessible and responsive to needs. Our driver will take us to the Doctor, Dentist or where ever we have to go, so the transportation service is satisfactory. We also have great activities and there is a good variety offered, so overall I think it's been pretty good here.

We felt like it was warm and welcome here from the get go. Management has been very responsive to our needs. The food is outstanding, the activities are good and her apartment is alwasy spotless. The caregivers take care of her needs and keep me informed and involved.

I think the community s wonderful. I'm glad my mother is there.All staff in all departments are very friendy, and they are always willing to help with any needs. The grounds are well-kept, and my mother's apartment is always clean. With the abundance of entertainment, my mother enjoys staying here.

I think they are friendly and communcate well. They have answered our questions. The care staff is doing well with my loved one's care. Overall, I am satisfied and she has a lovely space.
