Liberty Heights

Management is doing a fabulous job right now during the quarantine. My mom says the dining staff are doing a fabulous job delivering the food. They are bringing snacks, three meals a day and happy hour as well. They bring a cart around to give them wine. I think that is pretty nice. She loves the housekeepers and the grounds are excellent. I am comfortable with the price. This is a wonderful place.

If you can afford a place like this, I'd highly recommend them. They've given me everything they've promised me. I'm very certain that they've laid out our facility far better than any others. Just about every apartment has an attached garage and you just don't find that anywhere else. This is the only place I've lived and I like what they're doing. The management is around all the time. They're very receptive of taking concerns. As far as activities go, they offer far more things than anyone could possibly do. They have me doing some activities I didn't think I'd be doing

We would recommend it. There are more services there than my mom has had the ability to enjoy yet. I think it is a great value. I am happy with her apartment and layout, and I am sure she is too. I have had absolutely no problem reaching someone. The management team has been nothing but helpful. I had a good experience with the food. She knows of the activities. There are a couple that I know that she wants to do. There is a pretty wide variety of things. The building is great. It looks great. We have put in a couple of work orders, and we have gotten immediate responses. It was recommended to us by our neighbor who has parents that live there.

The marketing staff is very good and very efficient. In general, I think the management is accessible and responsive. The activitiesin the memory care unit are very good, and the director makes sure everyone participates. The current housekeeper does a pretty good job with cleaning the bathrooms, the kitchen, mopping the floors, vacuuming, and a limited amount of dusting. The care is pretty good. The care givers got my wife to take her medications.I tried to do that for a year and a half and couldn't do it. I have seen many of the new facilities that are being built in the area, and it is still hard to beat Liberty Heights.

She is happy and enjoys interacting with people. In general, I know she is taken care of. When I go in, the place is clean and the residents are well cared for. I have been very impressed with Laura and her staff. The CNAs do a good job, and you see them interacting with these people day in and day out. When I have gone there and have seen mom eating, they have a good variety of things. I love the activities there. That is one of the reasons we chose there.

We are very happy to be here, and I think the price is about the same as other communities around the area. The dining is good. They have a lot of activities. You could be busy everyday and all week long if you wanted to. The cleaning is good. The maintenance team is very responsive and very good. The building is very good and looks nice. The transportation works out very well.

Management accommodates everything we need. If we have a problem, they take care of it right away. They're very pleasant. The maintenance service is very good, and they come really quickly. They keep it very clean. They vacuum the hallways,and they keep it in good shape. We have used the transportation services, and that has worked out very well. Our apartment is fantastic. The services are so good, so I think it's worth it.

It's the best community. Every time my husband and I want something done, management gets it done. There are more activities than anyone can do. If we want something different, we just ask, and if it's possible, it's implemented. Housekeeping is done every two weeks, and we can make requests. We always have the same housekeeper, and she knows exactly what and how we want it done. Every time I call the maintenance team, they're right here and take care of it. It’s the best value in the city.

Management has been very responsive to all our requests, and the entire staff here is really friendly. The menu options are dynamite. You couldn't ask for more. The number of activities they have is just outstanding. Our housekeeper comes in every other week and does an excellent job. Maintenance is very responsive and comes on a very timely basis. The building and our apartment are just fine. Compared to some of the other places we looked at, the value is excellent for what we are receiving.

I am delighted with my apartment, and I feel very safe here. I think this place is pretty well-run. The dining is excellent, I know the food is very good, and it's a fine crew in there. The staff is great and caring. I like it here. I do feel it's the nicest place in town.
