By and large, the staff at this community is friendly, and they say hello to us. We feel comfortable going in there, which is important. I feel my mother is extremely well cared for, and I'm amazing with the nursing. They know their residents. The maintenance team is good and receptive. The dining staff is good, and I give them a lot of credit. The management team is receptive to everything that I have said. Some of the staff is excellent. They really are incredible.

The staff are very caring and loving and they always keep the residents busy. I appreciate everything that they do for her. The caregivers are always concerned about the welfare of my aunt so I feel comfortable having her here. I see the dining room set up a lot of the time and it looks very nice and the building is always clean, neat and always smells good. The price is probably fair.

I see them doing a lot of activities, and Maryann does a great job there. It is always clean when I go there, and I like Brad, the head of maintenance, a lot.. He is very helpful. Maryann, who is in charge of memory care, is very good and the aides are excellent. The value is pretty good. My dad is safe and comfortable. It is the best place for him.

I'm happy. If I was not, he would not be there. The care staff is very good to my brother, and the doctor is excellent. The maintenance team is very good. The housekeeping is very good. They're so kind to him. The activities are very good. He makes so many nice things. He plays cards. He's happy. They even taken them out to eat once a week, and I'm very happy with that. The food is good. The management team treat my brother very good. Everything is so nice.

I am happy with the accommodations. Management has been very cooperative and helpful and the care staff are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, totally responsive, and absolutely accessible. The activity list looks great. The place always looks good to me. Transportation is very prompt. In maintenance, my moms door was broken, and they were already on top of it. The buidling is beautiful. I think it looks really nice.

Management is trying very hard and they are pretty accessible. The caregivers are always there if you have a question. From what I have heard the activities are wonderful and there is plenty to do. It seems like everything is well planned and there are always activities for them to do. The housekeeping is wonderful and they keep the place beautiful. It is very clean. Maintenance is also wonderful. The building is very well maintained, very clean and well kept. It is very nice, well kept and pleasant to be here.

The management department is great. The food looks good and they are very accommodating. Whenever I visit they are always doing stuff with them. I think it is great. If she wants to participate there is always something going on. It seems like her bedding and clothes are always clean. I think the building is really clean. I am very happy with the facility. If I am there in person I can usually talk to someone. If I email or call, I usually pretty quick get a reply back to me. I am really happy there and think she is getting great care.

Everybody here has been very helpful to me. The caregivers are very attentive and helpful. They have a lot of activities going on here. The food is good, and my cousin likes it.

I really feel positively toward every aspect of the community. That's why mom has been there three years. The nursing is excellent. Medicine is correct, they follow up, and they help when needed. They're always available, and they answer questions. Housekeeping is excellent, they come and clean once a week. The maintenance does an excellent job, and they're always keeping up public areas. The whole dining room is newly renovated, and it's really beautiful and inviting. The food itself is well cooked, good, and well presented, and there is a good variety. She does enjoy the entertainers. They're wonderful. In general, the activities are well planned, the residents enjoy them, and there's a good variety. All the amenities make the price worth it. I am very pleased with the place. From the top down, they handle things professionally.

When my brother was there it was excellent, the services were good, it was affordable , it was the best community he'd been in. The management is good. They accomplished everything I asked them to do. Dining and activities are good. Housekeeping and maintenance are helpful. He was safe and comfortable there.
