Mattison Crossing

The management has been very responsive. The care givers all seem very sweet. Everyone says hello. They seem to know the names of the clients and they greet them by their first name. I know if there's an issue, they will call us. The activities look wonderful and I am very happy that my mom is in a community that tries to keep her as involved as they do.

Everything is good for my mother at this community. She participates in as many activities as she can. She has no complaints with care and she sees the local doctor that comes in on a regular basis.

He loves it there, absolutely loves it there. They have good food in the dining department. It is Kosher, we aren't Kosher but he eats it and loves it. The service is excellent. They play bingo and he is always making things and giving them to me in.. They take him on trips and he is so happy. They keep everything clean and nothing smells. The care staff are very good. Even the doctor is such a wonderful human being.

I think they do the best they can in Memory Lane for what activities they can do. There are opportunities available for those that want to avail themselves. The maintenance is fine. If she needs something they come in and take care of it. The care is good that mom is receiving from the care staff.

The care staff are always willing to stop and talk and answer any questions I have. They also deal with any small problems that I bring to their attention. The building appears in excellent condition. Mary Beth is relatively new as the activities director and she is terrific. Mrs. Cone, the manager, is nice and very welcoming to me into her office at anytime to discuss things about my wife. It is all I hoped it would be and much better than the place we came from.

You think you're walking into the Ritz Carlton when you walk into Mattison Crossing. The management is wonderful, they're hands on and they take care of mom very well. We've been very satisfied with their service. The healthcare staff do a wonderful job. They're really doing a fabulous job and there is always someone with my mother. The food is excellent and it's kosher for my mother. There is really a nice variety in activities and there is something always going on. They keep her very busy. We only want the best for our mother because she was good to us and we're just trying to be good children and take care of her properly. If I were ever sick I would love to be able to go to this place. We're blessed because my mom is there, it's been a wonderful place.

They do poker, bingo and the little trips in activities. They have the rabbi in with the children and mom enjoys that a lot. The housekeeping is good.

The caregivers here take care of my mother well. My mom's room seems generally clean. The community appears pretty presentable and maintenance does a pretty good job. Regarding dining, I think they do the best that they can.

It’s about the same price as every place else, but in comparison with services it's a good deal. Dining there is very nice, mom’s in the Memory Care unit and they take care of her and make sure she is fed. The activities have gotten much better since it became Mattison Crossing. They integrate her with some of the Assisted Living activities like the music. She listens to it and responds. I like some of the programs the managers run, they're very efficient, and they know what's going on. Housekeeping and laundry are excellent. Her room is clean, she is clean, and her place is impeccable. Everything around the community is spotless, clean, updated, and it smells clean. The caregivers are wonderful and loving, and they know her very well.

The nurses are great and the maintenance is good. My mom seems to be happy, I haven't heard much complaint about the clothes not getting done. It seems all right, it's not perfect but it seems all right.
