My Mom loves it there. Mary is the administrative manager there, and she does a very good job. The care staff are very good. My mom just loves it there and feels safe and comfortable. I think they have handled the COVID situation perfectly. They've had no cases. They have done an excellent job with that.

The community is handling the virus very well. They have no cases and they shut things down very quickly. They have done a good job to do hallway bingo and they bring them snacks twice a day, so they are not sitting in their room alone all day. I would like to compliment them on that. My mother enjoys the food there and feels the variety on the menu is good. Her room is always clean and everything is always in working order. She is happy to be there as opposed to being in her own apartment.

They have a good amount of variety in the meals, everything in the community is cleaned up and the caregivers are very helpful and very friendly.

We were very happy with Mary during the initial intake. The price seems appropriate for the services we are getting. The care staff is wonderful. They are very attentive and respectful. All of our needs have been met. We have read the schedule and it seems like there is a nice variety of things. And it looks like the people who go are having a nice time.

I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations my mother receives at the community. The healthcare staff is really nice to her and they know their jobs. The maintenance staff do their best and the building looks satisfactory. She loves to go to the bingo and the food quality during dining is really good with lots of different stuff on the menu. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. They do the best they can.

The management seems entirely responsive to my needs and requirements and to my mother's needs. The dining, activities and housekeeping are all satisfactory. The building appears to be in good condition. The care is satisfactory plus. I think we are getting a good value for the price.

We've been very happy with the way things are for my husband, so we're even thinking of moving me into Assisted Living with him. The healthcare staff see to him regularly and they're on top of things. If we ask for something, it's taken care of by the maintenance staff and the building looks satisfactory. The parties are wonderful and they get some really nice people in there to entertain as recreation. The housekeeping is very good and kept up. We both call the dining the best restaurant we've ever been to because they have good, healthy, well portioned food and both of us are treated very nicely. The management staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. All in all, he is as happy as he can be from home.

The staff has been very hardworking. They all seem very caring, and everyone there is super nice. With activities, they do a really good job. They all do a wonderful job with trying to get all the residents involved, and it seems like they do a different variety of activities. That's really great. My mom seems to be happy and I would say she's safe and comfortable in the community.

I think my sister is safe. I watch the way the caregivers handle and speak to the residents and I have no problem with that. I know that they respond quickly when the pendant is pushed for help. I have watched them and I know they do that well. I am comfortable with her being there. This is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make for my sister and I don't regret making it. Not at all. I know it is the right place for her. It is a good place to be.

Mary, in management, is amazing and has been since the beginning. She is fantastic. I see that the residents go on a few outings, and they seem to do activities here. Maintenance is good and the building is very well maintained. The care is good, and they come around and check on her. She always seems as happy as a clam.
