The meals are gorgeous and they make such good food. The dining service is terrific and the servers are so good. There are always activities going on and the activities director goes out of her way to make sure that everybody has a good time. The girls in housekeeping are so good. If I ask them to was a couple of dishes in my sink they will do it for me even though it isn't their job. They are very respectful and wait until you go to breakfast or lunch to wash your sheets. They do my laundry here which is terrific. My closet doors slid off their slider the other week. I told maintenance and someone came up and fixed it right then and there. They do everything they can to make sure that everything is right. The nursing is very good. I fell in the shower and crawled out to the pull cord and pulled it. I waited 5 minutes and then pulled it again but at that time someone was already coming in. This is a marvelous place and I am very happy where I am at.

We have done cost checks, and in the grand sceme of things, I think they're priced very well. Management is very respectful and knowledgeable. I feel comfortable voicing concerns. The maintenance staff is very attentive, and I am satisfied with the building maintenance. I interact with the healthcare staff the most to see how she is doing, and they have always been great. When I look at the monthly calendar, I think they have a great activity program, both inside the community and with outings. I have stopped in to see my aunt during meals, and it seems like they take good care of the residents with a surprising amount of chocies on the menu. All in all, she feels safe and comfortable. She mentions it all the time that you just can't beat this place.

They do their best to provide activities that suit the residents. Housekeeping does the best they can with the cleaning. I think the overall condition of the building is more than satisfactory. The people who are in charge of helping the residents try their very best. They always seem very helpful and do their best to take care of issues. The new manager seems very much on top of things.

I think the care staff is on top of it. They follow up if I take my mom to an appointment, and they correspond to the doctors about medicine. I'm pleased with them. The building is excellent. It's clean, modern, and not cluttered. Maintenance does a good job there. The staff is constantly telling me about mom dancing and doing art and playing in the games. The management is in good contact with me. They are very resposnive if I have ever had a conflict or a need. They are always accessible.

If I've had an issue and went to management, it was resolved quickly. Everyone is very friendly in the dining room. The activities they have are fine. Mom does a lot of her own laundry, and the room is nice and clean. They are all very caring and communicative. They communicate a lot with me. I am very happy to have my mom there, and I appreciate everything that everyone does.

The management staff are good people. They are really nice and they are right there any time we need something. The staff comes and gets her and they make sure she eats. It seems like they are always doing the housekeeping and laundry. She always has something clean to wear. The transportation is right there when she needs to go somewhere, and the condition of the vehicle is good. The care staff is right there to help her and if she needs something they will go get it. This is the third community we have experienced, and it seems to be the best one.

The management seems to be very kind, helpful and considerate. The food is excellent and they give large portions. In regards to the activities, considering the people that they have to work with, they try really hard to keep them active and involved. The housekeeping and laundry have been great. The room is kept clean and the hallways are kept clean. There is always someone doing something. They have a very nice atrium in the middle of the facility. The staff keeps everything green and watered. The care givers and med techs are right on top of stuff. If the resident needs something they take care of them. They know their patients well and they know their needs.

It has been wonderful since he has moved in and I am pretty impressed with this place. The management seems to be fine and very capable.The dining is wonderful, the activities are fair, the housekeeping seems to be fine and the building is very reasonable and is kept up well. My husband likes this place and has told me that.

They're doing a good job of making sure she takes her medications and is fed nutritious food. The building and grounds look nice and well kept.

Management has been really helpful and the staff are all good. The care givers are always available and respectful. She loves the soup and she really likes the servers in the dining room. The activities are consistent and I know they have outings where they go to the casino and fun places. Mom is safe and to us it's a good value.
