McLoughlin Place Senior Living

I'm really impressed with how management runs the place. My mom has to be gluten and dairy free and they've been very accommodating with her diet. My mom's menu is a little limited because of her restrictions but for the most part they have a really good menu variety and food quality. The dining room service is good and they're very kind. The healthcare staff have been really good and the staff seem to do a really nice job with the activities as well.

Management is courteous and polite and they make you feel at peace. My mother enjoys the dining and she plays bingo and does the arts and crafts. From what my mother says, the housekeeping is good and the maintenance people are very sociable and will talk to you. The caregivers are really good and their courtesy is unbelieveable. I am pleased with everything.

As far as I am concerned they are excellent. Everyone greets everyone around there and that makes a lot of difference. The activities are very good. They keep him busy all the time with all different kinds of things. The housekeeping is very good. Everything is clean. They are always painting the walls and cleaning things up. The maintenance is excellent.

I think they do a great job and I like the people that run the place. Mom is involved in some activities and I think they do a great job. I am pleased with the housekeeping service. The overall condition of the building is great. I think the care staff are great.

The healthcare staff have been very attentive and I definitely have a new appreciation for the job that they do. Overall it's been a very positive experience.

The price at McLoughlin Place is wonderful and it's such a nice place. I use transportation twice a week and the vehicle is very nice. Activities are entertaining and consistently offered, the Activity Director does a good job. The housekeeping staff do a good job. The food quality is always nice and there is a nice menu variety. Overall, I feel safe, comfortable and I have a nice, big room with all the equipment to shower safely without anyone being there, so it's been wonderful.

My mom's apartment is very functional and efficient. She is very comfortable here and there have been no instances that make us nervous about her safety. Management is pretty responsive and on top of things. They are proactive. Mom is pretty happy with the food and it looks good when I am in there. I think maintenance does a good job and mom loves the caregivers. The help they have at this community is good.

As far as the staff, they've always been attentive to me. When my mom has eaten when I have been there it seems fine. Regarding the activities, they keep them fairly busy. Housekeeping has been great. They do all of my mom's laundry and I have never had an issue with maintenance.

I have no complaints about the management, they have been great with us. The care staff are awesome. They interact with the residents and seem to know what's going on. They also let me know if they have any concerns. They seem to be offering more activities now. My Aunt tries to participate as much as she can, I think they do a great job with the activities. Whenever we've needed anything fixed maintenance has been great and right on top of it. Everything seems to be very well maintained. I give all of the service staff great credit because they deal with my Aunt and she's not the easiest. Everyone does a great job.

In the year my mom has been here I think the activities are great. The housekeepers are always there doing their job. The maintenance staff are on top of it. Healthcare is great.
