The Meadows - Assisted Living

The care and nursing are on top of things at the community. The maintenance has been very helpful to my mother. When I have gone over there her room is always clean and they seem to be on top of her laundry. The food in the dining room is also good and my mother enjoys the service.

My Dad has been there for five years now and it's been very good. We're happy with the value and we're happy with the opportunity he has to do different activities. The building is in great condition and they've got responsive staff there.

Kudos to the people that run the front desk and reception area. They are always pleasant and speak very highly of my mother-in-law. They make it a nice experience to go there. We have been in there when she is eating and the servers are all very attentive. My mother-in-law goes to every activity. They have a lot of things that they offer. She would rather go to her activity then to visit with her family. There are all the things that are important to her like church services and things like that. They have a very well rounded set of things for them and that has never been a concern for us. We think very highly of the activities there. In regards to housekeeping, her room is always neat and clean and they do her laundry. I think my mother-in-law gets excellent care.

I think it was a fair price. We were willing to pay for what we got and I think we got what we paid for. It worked out very well. I thought the apartment was very nice. There was never anything that I thought I had to worry about as far as safety. It fullfilled all of our needs at the time. It was well taken care of and kept clean. I hated to see my mom have to leave. But, at the same time I would highly recommend it to anyone needing that type of care. They were always easy to find and willing to spend a moment with us. Everybody seemed happy with the dining and seemingly looked forward to it. Every time I was there the place appears to be well kept.

It was a very good place to be for seven years, but with her current condition we had to relocate her. Upper management was very understanding of mom's situation, so they gave her quite a good deal for the last several months. We were thankful for that. We liked having mom there and I know she enjoyed being there, it was a great place for mom to be. The feedback we received from mom regarding dining is that it is good, well prepared, had a good variety and was well presented. The service was very good too.

I just can't say enough about the people there. The people are so kind and so caring. The aides are all really nice and helpful to her.

Everything seems to be in working order. There's a decent selection of activities and the facility and services are pretty good.

Everybody is pretty nice. The front desk is pretty nice and they are all good people there. Maintenance does a good job.

The dining is very good. I have eaten there myself and I think the food is good as well. They keep the apartment very nice. It is clean and tidy. The care has been satisfactory and the staff are all friendly.

I was very happy with everything that was going on here. The activities were more than adeqaute and everything always looked good. Things were in pretty good shape. The caregivers always seemed to be there and they responded to any of my questions.
