The Meadows - Assisted Living

Management is responsive and they work to help us out. They have a lot of activities to do, housekeeping does a very good job cleaning and the laundry is very nice. Maintenance always comes and fixes things when she needs things done. The caregivers are very nice and responsive.

Mom’s apartment has been a nice space for her to live these past seven years. We're very pleased with the services and care mom gets there, it's been a very good place for her to be.

They do really good with activities. They offer a lot of them for them to do and every Wednesday they take them on a ride in the bus. I would say everybody is really friendly and helpful.

I think the price is more than fair. They were the cleanest and quietest community. The staff is great. My dad is very happy with the dining and he likes the variety that is offered to them. The housekeeping is excellent and maintenance has been great too.

Mom’s apartment works really well for her, what housekeeping does is good. Laundry is very thorough and comes back folded nicely, they come once a week for both. They have a variety of activities. The care givers are very attentive, are on top of things, and call me whenever there's an issue. They make sure mom is safe and comfortable. It’s a very good value, the price is quite fair.

I have no concerns with how I am being taken care of because the caregivers are willing to help you in anyway they can. I am happy and I have a very lovely apartment. I have lots of room and my housekeeper keeps it in such an excellent condition so I have no complaints whatstoever about it. The staff have always been very helpful to take me to the doctor and pick me up. They are willing to help as much as they can. They do an excellent job.

The activities are fine and the staff are doing a good job with them. The housekeeping has always gone well and the maintenance has gone above and beyond for my mom. They do things that are not in their job description such as getting mom's TV to work. The caregivers have all been fantastic and all work really well with my mom.

Mom likes the meals there and says the food is good. They do have a good amount of activities offered to the residents. The care staff that I've spoken to I like and think they are doing a really good job. Overall, I think the price is fair for all the stuff they get.

Management has done a good job so far, I’ve been here four months. Service in the dining room is fabulous and there's quite a bit of variety on the menu. The activities are probably good and housekeeping is always on time and efficient. I never have any trouble with them. It's weekly, and they clean everything. Floors are swept and vacuumed, they do a wonderful job. The building is really well maintained. I feel very safe, very comfortable. I'd recommend it anytime, it's a fabulous place.

I don't have anything to compare it against, but by word of mouth it seems like a reasonable price. I'd say the food is fair to good. Housekeeping and maintenance appear to be good as well.
