I think the care staff is pretty good, and they respond quickly. The grounds are lovely, and the response time from the maintenance staff is pretty quick. We have a pretty good variety of activities. The servers in the dining room are great. They really try to please. The management team is pretty easy to talk to if you have any complaints or comments. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

Management always keeps us advised on what is going on. There are times when we had some issues, but management is responsive to them. Maintenance is always responsive when she needs something, and they stay with her until the problem is fixed. They also check with her to make sure everything is working fine. The caregivers are very good too. The value is pretty good, and we are very pleased with everything.

Management works very well together and addresses any problem there might be. They are proactive, and I appreciate that. The activities are excellent, housekeeping is very good, and maintenance is very prompt. The caregivers are fantastic and very personable. They are excellent. Senior care is not inexpensive, but the value here is exceptional.

Management is very good and easy to deal with. They have always handled everything professionally and quickly. The housekeeping is fine, and maintenance has been right there to fix anything.

I am very pleased with it. For what my mom needs, it is a perfect place for her. She loves the food and says it is very good. She participates in about everything. The activities are excellent. The things they have are appropriate, and she enjoys them. They keep them busy, and I think that is the most important thing. The cleaning people themselves are wonderful people. The room seems clean at all times, and she seems pleased with it. Her aide is amazing. She keeps me informed and let's me know what is going on. All the ladies that deal with her care seem to have the patience for her.

Management has been really good. The care staff gives her good care. They have a good menu variety. They have some great activities. The building is in excellent condition and is well maintained. This is a good community.

Management, care services, and housekeeping do a good job. My husband's blue jeans even come back pressed with a seam down the leg. Maintenance does a good job of maintaining the community. The menu variety is good. I have referred other people there.

The care staff comes into the room to check on me, and they come back later as well. They are always around if you need them. The maintenance team helped my grandson move my things in, and he said that they were very cooperative. The building is in good condition. Everthing is beautiful and done in good taste. They have an activity going on all the time. We have a good variety of foods, and you are given a choice. THey will always fix you a sandwich if you don't like what is on the menu. The girls in the kitchen are very sweet. I was treated nicely by management. They are nice, helpful, and good to us. The have our welfare at heart.

I think the management does an excellent job of scheduling staff, keeping the community looking nice, and greeting people. The atmosphere they create is excellent. The menu variety is good and the dining service is excellent. They offer a lot of activities, maintenance is right on top of things and the caregivers are very good, very friendly adn they make him feel comfortable. They are quick to respond and are right on top of it. The price is fair relative to the area and his apartment is very good. I am very pleased.

I like this place. I have been here going on eight years. Every night we wear a pendant and all we have to do is push that pendant, and they are here within four minutes. You can't do better then that, and they have a nurse on duty all the time. They are always here and always ready to help. They have a very good staff here. We are loaded with activities. You couldn't possibly go to everything. There is something for everybody to do. In regards to the laundry, all you have to do is put your clothes out on a certain day. They launder them and bring them back the next day. It is a lovely place and it is kept nice and clean. Everything outside is beautiful. We love it. I can't say one negative thing about it.
