Merryvale Assisted Living

I felt more at home there, so I moved dad in. His apartment is great and all his furniture fits in nicely. Management has been wonderful helping us make the process work. The apartment looks good and clean. The housekeepers come in once a week. The building looks good. I see they have activities going on every day. He's very happy with the food and the dining service is excellent. They've been wonderful with him. He loves that they check in on him. When he pushes his button, they come immediately. I would say the value is fine. I would very definitely recommend the community.

The management meets all of our needs and the caregivers are very good. The activities are great and we get to do things like go out to eat, make greeting cards, and play Bingo.

It’s a godsend for us, the value has been great. The building is clean, no odors, and it's in great shape. The management staff is responsive and proactive and the care givers are very attentive, handle his medications, are very responsive, assist him, and get along great with him. I'm very impressed with them.

Everything has gone real well. Everybody has been very friendly over there and makes you feel like you are at home. My aunt has been happy with the different activities she has done. The building and common areas are spotless, the care has been very good, and she seems to like the food.

The director of memory care is usually very good about getting back to me. Maintenance has been helpful.

The kitchen staff is great, the activities are great and her apartment is as clean as they can get it. The staff here are exceptional.

The management has been very helpful and they are happy to talk to me. The care givers are very helpful, they do a lot of stuff for my mom and they always check on her. I am very pleased with that aspect.

Maintenance has been very helpful. We moved her from assisted living to memory care and they really helped a lot. Anytime things were broken in the assisted living they took care of it right away. The apartment is very adequate and clean.

Everyone I've ever dealt with is friendly and they're taking care of her safety. The building always looks nice and clean. She seems to enjoy the food and I know they offer activities every day.
