Mission Creek

I've got to tell you that I am very, very impressed by the staff. My brother and sister feel the same. My dad passed away on February 6th and the staff there was just fantastic. The staff put a cart outside of the room with coffee and granola bars because we were spending all of our time there. The cart was out there for two days and we were so thankful for that because we didn't want to leave. Everyone came in to check to see if we were doing alright. After my dad passed away two of the care givers came back and gave my mom flowers. We are so thankful for them and they are taking good care of Mom. They will check on her a lot. The activities staff are doing a good job of keeping the residents busy. The building and common areas are very good and the housekeeping staff are doing a good job at keeping the beds made.

In talking with other people, I think the community is doing a really good job. They have some really good healthcare staff that have been here for a while. The maintenance guy is fantastic, a hard worker and if you need something done, it gets done. The activities are good, active and they even had Elvis put on a presentation a few weeks ago. The manager of Memory Care does a good job, is very compassionate and does what she says she is going to do. The place is well kept and I am satisfied with the building maintenance. Overall, my mother feels safe, comfortable and I am quite pleased with the way things are right now.

Everything was handled by the management and there were no issues and everything ran smoothly. My dad has said the food is good and there is always enough variety. They have plenty of activities available. My dad's room always looks clean and organized and the overall condition of the building is very good. The care givers have been great.

The housekeeping is good. I don't see piles of laundry laying around. They have her bed changed, and it always looks good. The garbage is always empty. The flowers always look fabulous. In the winter, they always have some sort of decoration outside. The building is fairly new, and isn't falling apart. It is in good shape, and the driveway is always salted. They tolerate a lot. They do a good job.

When I found the community, I knew right away it was the right one for my dad. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. The residents are not segregated by their needs, and everyone is considered family. The care staff is great about keeping my dad dressed and clean. I love the transportation service. The maintenance team is always on top of stuff. The field trips are excellent. If someone doesn't have an answer to you question, they'll find out and call you back. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful.

I was satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided. My mother felt safe and comfortable.The healthcare staff were always calling when needed with updates, even if it was a bruise. I had never seen anything but good in the maintenance. I never went into her room where it wasn't clean and the laundry was always done. What they offered for activities was great, she did their morning exercises and there was constant something going on. They did everything possible to give her what she needed in order to eat. The management staff was respectful, knowledgeable and responsive. All in all, I loved it and what the people did for my mother. Her last days were precious to us, and the care was extraordinary.

Everything has been great. Everybody has been so welcoming and so good to us. The management staff have all been very nice and very helpful. They have been explanitory about everything and they answer questions. The activities are great. What is great about it is that they come and get my mom for exercises and for the bingo and for the movies. My mom is enjoying it an awful lot. Ed in maintenance has been really nice. The girls in housekeeping seem to be keeping up and keeping the laundry going. The caregivers are very sweet to my mom and very nice to her. She is liking them a lot. They come whenever she pushes her button.

I think their activities are good. His apartment is always clean and his clothing is always washed. I think everything looks good in the building. I think the aides take good care of him. He seems to be happy.

The care is very good. Michelle is a dear lady. During the day, it's pleasant, and the major staff is always there. They seem to be right there whenever we've needed anything. They're very welcoming. The maintenance is excellent. Everything is smooth and clean. All you have to do is mention something to the maintenance man, and within a a few hours, he gets it done. That's incredible. Her studio apartment is nice and clean, and they're there every other day. WIth laundry, we haven't had any issues. They have a good variety of activities. I look at the monthly calendar, and there's quite a variety. The dining is excellent. If the entree isn't likeable by my mother, she'll actually order something off the everyday offerings. The servers are very cordial and very friendly. The management is good. It's a good value. There have been no issues that they or us haven't handled. It's a peace of mind from our end.They do a great job. Michelle with the nursing staff and Ed with the maintenance are two individuals that I would commend. They do excellent work.

I think the value at the community is good for my father. With the way services are provided, I like how they price things out and handle add ons. It's not all inclusive. The caregivers are good, respectful and knowledgeable. His clothes get turned in, and they haven't lost anything yet. He tells me loves the food and he is satisfied with the menu variety. Management is doing really good, and they're responsive. All in all, he is happy there.
