Mission Creek

Mom’s been there three or four years and the management attacks any problems. The care from the nurses and aides is really good. They're all knowledgeable about what everyone is going through. The building is always clean and kept-up, laundry service is really good, and her apartment is always clean and picked up. There are activities every day. The servers in the dining room are great, always conversing with the residents. The value is good. The residents watch out for each other, the residents have developed a family atmosphere. She feels safe and everything is good and comfortable. I think they're doing a great job and we're happy.

We think it's a good place and if I had to do a do-over, I'd send her there again.. I like the activities that are offered to residents. She likes the food and the management is great. All of the nurses are nice and attentive.

My mother enjoys the dining at the community and apartment cleaning is consistently offered. She participates in a lot of activities and I check the schedule regularly to remind her, so they are just a fantastic opportunity. The building looks very nice and the maintenance man responds quickly to requests. Overall, I am satisfied with her accommodations and she feels both, safe and comfortable at the community.

My father-in-law is safe and comfortable there. The caregivers are friendly, nice, and available when you need them. The building looks pretty good and we have no complaints about housekeeping. The activities are good, they offer a good variety, and he seems to enjoy the food. I'd say it's a good value.

The Activites Director had a pretty good program, she was always active with the residents there when I went and made sure they kept busy for at least a couple of hours. The staff was always really nice and friendly.

It's clean, efficient, you get three squares a day, I don't think you could get any better. For what I am paying all my needs are taken care of for my mom. They have bingo three times a week, they go out to lunch, holiday things and it's very busy. There's something going on all the time. Everything looks really up to snuff.

I think the housekeeping is very good. Mom's room is always clean and the laundry is good. Everything seems to be maintained in good working condition.

My mother lives in Mission Creek and there are a lot of things about the administration I like. With regards to healthcare services, the staff is very caring and there are so many wonderful caregivers that have been super helpful. It's a tough job and they do it well. My mom seems to really enjoy them and I really value the fact that they when they do various field trips, they include the higher functioning memory residents, which is great because that is a highlight for her. The Activity Directors are amazing because have great attitudes, high energy and since trying to keep everyone engaged is a really hard job.

The activities staff try to get my mom involved in as many activities as she can do. The dining room staff also take good care of my mom.

The staff is excellent, any needs we've had so far have had a great response. They do have a menu type atmosphere, which is exceptional, and the dining staff is incredible. Housekeeping is doing well, they're taking care of her, and maintenance was very receptive, cordial and helpful, if you need something, he's right there.
