Mission Creek

At Mission Creek the dining is great and they keep them busy all the time. My mother-in-law never did much of anything at home and now she's never in her apartment, she's busy all the time. It's always clean and they just seem to take really good care of the place.

The few times I had questions I got help from management. The food seemed to be very good. The aides were good about feeding the patients. The activities were excellent. They kept the patients very active. I am satisfied with the housekeeping and maintenance service. The care my mom received was excellent. They were very sweet and nice to her. They kept me informed with changes like when her skin was breaking down. They did well of keeping me up on all the issues.

I think it is a great facility. They are a great team. I see the results of their work. I think they do a great job. My mother seems very happy with the food. She is blind and they take care of cutting up the food for her. They have a lot to do in activities for the ones that can participate. Nothing has been lost in laundry and the cleaning does a good job. I think the facility is taken care if a fantastic fashion. They have done a good job with keeping my mom hydrated.

We worked with the organization Care Patrol and they set us up based on criteria we gave him. The three places were about equal in terms of the care they offered, Mission Creek was the closet for family. Everybody I've dealt with has been extremely friendly and they're certainly good about calling. Housekeeping appears to be great, everything looks to be in order and they took care of everything we needed done within the first week. There definitely appears to be plenty of activities.

Everyone is real friendly and tries to do their best, the receptionists are extremely helpful. The activities girls are wonderful and the healthcare staff are all very nice to my brother. Anyone you meet in the hallway is very very pleasant, there has not been a time where we wanted to talk to the staff and they weren't available, they are always available. He does get offered a lot of things to do, there was dancing last week, he does like to go out to eat. He things doing something outside of the building is great. It's clean, friendly, warm and safe and the room is just perfect for him.

The value at Mission Creek is good because it was cheaper than a lot of places I looked at when choosing a community for my father. The room is a good size for him and he feels comfortable at the community, so I am satisfied with the services he is receiving. Regarding the healthcare services, they've been excellent. With his showers, one of the nice things is that a few months ago we asked if it was possible to have the same caregiver, since they know their nuances, so he usually gets the same gal and it's nice because it seems to go smoother. In terms of maintenance, I am satisfied with both, apartment and building mainteance as well as the consistency of its service. Regarding activities, the staff at the community are really good at putting together calendars for the residents and activities are both, entertaining and well planned. As for the dining experience, the service is very friendly and they're awesome. The staff joke around with the residents and they talk to them, so it's been a good for him. Lastly, if I have any questions, everyone in management is good, so overall it's been a great experience for him at the community.

We chose it because it was close to home and a rather nice place. I think they have plenty to do in activities. Mom seems to be enjoying it. Everybody has been extremely nice. The care staff has been on top of things. I am pleased with the service we have received from houskeeping and maintenance.

My mother-in-law chose this community because her daughter heard it was a nice place and it wasn't as expensive as some of the other places. Management has been really good and the healthcare staff seems very friendly. They seem to have a lot of activities and the residents seem to really get involved with them. Your staff makes the residents want to get involved. My mother-in-law's room always looks nice and clean. It seems like the maintenance people are more than willing to help.

I think everyone has been very helpful, professional and welcoming. Whenever I stop in the food looks attractive. I think the activities are really good. Every time I visit my mom is involved in the activities. There is a variety and they do have outings. She is doing more than when she was home. Housekeeping is good and the room is always clean. The building is always clean and decorated for all of the holidays. If there is an issue maintenance is right there. I think the care givers have been really good.

The price at this community is in line with what everyone else is charging. I like the new management team they have now because they are responsive. It seems like they have a lot of activities. My dad's room is clean and the laundry is fine. Maintenance keeps up with the building. As for the healthcare staff, most of the caregivers are respectful and knowledgeable.
