The MonteVista at Coronado

Management is very attentive to the residents' needs, and they respond quickly to any inquiries we may have. The food is excellent. They have very nice portions and healthy options, and the desserts are excellent. The dining staff is very friendly and helpful. There is an activity going on all the time. Housekeeping is very good, and maintenance is very responsive. The building is very nice. The apartment works out very well for my parents and the layout is nice. We feel like they offer a great deal for what we have to pay. It is very reasonably priced. We are very happy with MonteVista right now because they are very good. This is the best option in the area as far as I am concerned, and I will be recommending it to anybody who asks me.

I couldn't ask for anything more. The transportation service is wonderful. Everything works perfectly fine in my apartment. I see the maintenance team walking around all the time. They're available. The housekeepers are available if you need anything. They're always out there working and busy. I'm learning to do new things that I have never done before. There is always something you can participate in. The food is absolutely wonderful. You can have all you want. It's one of the highlights of everyone's day here. The mangement team is always asking if there is anything they can do and if everything is going alright. They're always ready to help. The staff is very friendly.

They transportation services has been superb. They have been wonderful people. They really bend over backwards to make sure that they please you and that your needs are met. I use the laundry that's provided for the beds and the sheets, as well as the cleaning of the room, and that's been very good. The value is reasonable. It's good. For El Paso, it's a good price.

I just liked the way that everything was included in one monthly rental fee. I liked the environment, and it is a beautiful facility. The apartments are nice and roomy, and it just seems very bright and friendly. The maintenance team is very good, and they are very responsive in a timely manner. My apartment is lovely. It was redone before I moved in. The apartment is cleaned once a week. Everything seems to be put really nice, and my housekeeper is lovely. The activities I have participated in are really good. They are really well thought out. The food is really good. The variety is great. The servers are very accommodating and friendly. The management team is very accommodating. THey're there to help, and they seem to get things done in a timely manner. I think I am going to be very happy here.

The people are wonderful, and there is longevity. It's been a wonderful experience. It was beautiful when it was first built, and it's still nice. Marco, the driver, is fantastic. He is a gentleman, he is extremely prompt and organized, and he is professional. He accommodates everybody. Housekeeping is prompt, pleasant, and helpful. They have a lot of activities. Most of the food is absolutely delightful. Diana, the marketing director, is lovely, and I adore Regina. They've got one of the best OT and PT departments in El Paso. I'm very pleased. The apartment I am moving into is lovely, and I'm satisfied with the price. Most of all, I'm satisfied with the service and the residents. They have a community that allows independence to people that have to make transitions.

I chose the community because it seemed like they had friendly people and a friendly type of atmosphere. The building itself is well maintained, well painted and things work pretty well. Housekeeping services have only came by once so far, but they did a very good job. The food is good, and they have a good amount of waiters and waitresses. Also, they come around a good amount of time and are always courteous. Everyone in management that I have spoken to pretty much bent over backwards to help me with my move-in. All in all, I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided. I feel safe and comfortable living here.

Mom and I liked this location. Her church is right behind it. It is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The management has been good. Anything I’ve ever asked, they've jumped right on it. Dining is really good. I know she's doing activities, and she likes the musicians. Housekeeping is great. For all they do and for her apartment, she got in at a really good price.

My son, daughter and myself visited all of the places around here, and this was the best one. Management is cooperative, and they're very concerned about the residents. We have very good food, and there are always choices in the entrees. The little bit of laundry I have had done has been good, and it comes back shortly. The residents are satisfied with the activities and I have participated in a few lectures. Overall, you get a lot of services, and you have people willing to help you any time you need it. I feel this is will be my last residence.

The food and care givers are real good. I can't complain about anything. I feel real safe.

The management has been very accommodating when I had a problem to get it resolved. The food is excellent; it is served fresh and it is very well prepared and it has good choices. I have no complaints about the housekeeping; they do my linens and change my bed and do the things that are hard for me. The transportation has been very accommodating even when I was in rehab. When I had to go to my doctors or anything else they took me as requested.
