Management did pretty much all they could do and were doing their job well. They did a good job with the housekeeping and her apartment was great. She liked it real well and we thought it was good. We met with the nurse who was really polite, and she said if my mom needed anything they would take care of it. We were pleased with that. She really liked it here and I have nothing bad to say about this community.

It is very clean and the people are friendly. We are pleased 100%. He has absolutely no complaints with the dining. The maintenance was right on top of things.

We never had any difficulty with management. They met whatever need she had. The accommodations were excellent. The maintenance team was excellent. Whatever she needed done, he did it. She was always pleased, and the maintenance man was always ready to help when he could. They gave her a lot of attention, and she loved it there. It was just a nice place to be a resident.

We looked at other communities and this was her favorite, it was a friendly environment. She knew some people there, the food was good and the staff was good. The manager was very helpful, she was excellent. There is so much activity and they go on outings. She said the housekeeping is over and above. The laundry is like going to the dry cleaners, she's just amazed and that was one of her main concerns. The healthcare staff is very respectful and helpful.

I chose this community for my mom because my mom has been there before in 2017 for a couple of months. I chose it because of the staff, the director, the nurse and all of the staff are very personable. The dining is very good. Before my mom moved in there, the only thing I could get her to eat was pineapple for lunch and dinner. Here my mom is eating a full balanced meal so it has to be pretty good. The activities are great, they're even better than they were before because they get my mom to participate in everything. There is something different to do every day. The building is very clean and it usually smells pretty good and the housekeeping is good. It's been a very good experience so far, it's been very relieving to me to know that my mom is taken care of as well as she is.

My aunt moved into this community because of the convienience of the location and I liked the welcoming that I got when I went in. I like that everybody was informative. I thin kthe price is very fair. Management has been very helpful and have guided me through every step of the way. They are very knowledgeable and they respect her and us. She is very pleased with the food and goes down for almost every meal. The activities look like fun to me and I am pleased with them. I have encouraged my aunt to get out and mingle. She has been pleased with the activities she has participated in. Her room is always clean. I have never found any trash that needs to be emptied. Her bathroom is clean. They are doing a great job. I had left some pictures that my husband didn't get a chance to hang up. The maintenance man hung them up for us. I had to buy her a elevated potty seat and he put it right on for her. The building is clean on the inside and on the outside. When she first moved in, we smelled a little urine odor in the room. They worked hard to get it out of there after I mentioned it to them. We no longer smell that. If she doesn't go down for breakfast the caregivers bring her a tray to her room without asking. That means a lot to me. I have seen her relate to the caregivers, especially the med techs. She has a relationship where she jokes with them. Everybody has been helpful. They have a family environment and I am looking forward to bringing my granddaughter to the family activities this spring

That is the home my father wanted to move to when he was in rehab, he knew a neighbor from his home that lived there for quite a while and loved it, I think he went to visit a few times and had good experiences there. He felt it was a good price for what he was getting so I went with whatever he wanted. Management have been wonderful communicating, meeting my expectations and actively working with my schedule since I'm out of town, it's a great staff to work with. My father raves about the dining every single day and I know they do offer quite a bit of activities. He says nothing but great compliments about the housekeeping team there and maintenance has been wonderful. The maintenance is great, it's clean, it's actually better than I thought it was going to be so I'm very pleased with how clean it was. Anything my dad asks for, the healthcare staff take care of.

We chose this for my dad because it was cheaper and in the area. The management are very nice people, the transition was excellent. I ate there once and it was good and my dad says it's good too. He likes when the people come in and sing, I'm not sure if he participates in anything else or not. He's not complaining about the housekeeping, so that is fine.

The girl at the front desk is very friendly, sweet and helpful. Mom's diabetic and they give her insulin and they've done a really good job. Maintenance has been very helpful. Toni Thompson was just great. She helped me all the way through it.

Maintenance was helpful with the move-in. Management has been very informative and helpful. This is the best price service that we received as far as quotes. I think it's a great value compared to what else is here in town.
