Morningside House of Laurel

The building seems fine, my mother's room is clean and the housekeeping comes when they're supposed to. Activities seem to be going well and they're offered consistently. Management is respectful, accessible and responsive to needs. She feels safe, comfortable and her accommodations are satisfactory. Overall, I think the value for the price is good.

The staff is very nice and pleasant. They are always willing to reach out. The director there always is in good communication with me and letting me know what is going on.

My mother seems to enjoy the food, and I've never heard her complain about in all the time that she's been there. Every time I'm in there, there's somebody telling stories or singing or doing trivia. Her apartment is nice and she's quite comfortable, content, and happy in it.

I think my mother-in-law is 100% comfortable and safe, she doesn’t have to cook or clean. My experience with management has been fine. If we call they're responsive and overall they're very respectful. She chooses what she wants to do and I’ve heard positive things about the activities. I would say she's happy with her apartment and we’re satisfied with housekeeping. I think they're doing a really good job, the people are very nice and work well within the environment.

They have been very attentive with the care for my mother in law. The staff has been fabulous and very accommodating. She loves the food. They have a nice variety of activities. The housekeeping is great and the building is beautiful.

He's been enjoying the activities, particularly the entertainers that come in. The managers are doing good and compared to other communities, the value is pretty good.

My mother views this community as a home. With the good food, the clean building and the friendly care and management staff, Morningside is well worth the price.

The staff all seem to be very good. I think they do a good job with the housekeeping and the maintenance of the building. I have been very pleased.

I am so glad that we found it because I know she is safe and I know she is being treated right. Right now I am seeing all of her needs are met and that makes me very happy as her daughter.

I am thankful everyday that my mother is here. The management are responsive, they assisted us in moving in quickly and they gave my mom the room she wanted. She has her own beautiful room with a great view.
