The activities staff interact with the residents and do puzzles and games and the caregivers have been accommodating if I ask them for something. The main area is fixed up very nicely, all the common areas are very nice. I think the caregivers are very pleasant and patient with me. I think I'm getting enough care and attention for her for how much I'm spending.

The healthcare staff are very kind and they pay close attention and maintenance has been helpful. In terms of the dining, I think the servers are good.

The care is the most important part and the healthcare staff is very personable, they care for my brother very well and he's very happy with them. I'm very happy with the care and I have a relationship with every caretaker there that I've had interaction with. My brother has not complained about the food, he seems to like and I'm very happy with the way the dining staff treat him. I'm there on a regular basis and the house cleaning is fine, I've never seen any problems with his room or the facility not being cleaned. The place is very clean. The activities that are available are great. The most important thing to me with any company that I'm dealing with and the person in charge is with their communication. The operation, in my opinion, has always been run quite well even when the executive directors changed.

I don't see the management all that often but they're always accessible. The care has been a lot better over the last 3 years. Nursing and medications, they're always there for my mom. There is someone always vacuuming when I come in and the building always looks good. Laundry is every other day or every couple of days and the housekeeping is good. They started getting my mom out of her room and into the big room for activities. Mom was actually doing some of the activities. The food always looks good and smells good. Makes me want to sit down and eat some and the service is good. It's a good place to be.

Wanda in management and the healthcare staff are good. I had a couple issues and the maintenance staff handled them all. She doesn't participate much in the activities but I go in and see a lot of different things going on for people and people going so they do a good job with that as well.

It's a beautiful place; my dad has been comfortable there for almost three years. They just redid the shingles on the roof and the asphalt in the parking lot. Cleaning is good; his room is clean and vacuumed. I think my father has gone on some of the group trips and that seems fine. The care staff gives him his meds, the activities provided, everyone is nice, and dad has no complaints.

The building overall is very well maintained. When you walk in the lobby area is clean. The person at the desk is polite and willing to help. My aunt says the food is good and she enjoys going shopping as part of the activities. I think the way they accommodate a person that is blind is just special. She had to get a wheelchair because she got to where she couldn't use her walker. She never feels like she is alone or anything. There is always somebody there to talk her around. The housekeeping services seem to be well. When I visit her everything is clean.

The activities are good and they are working to expand them. We have a lot of musical performers which I am very pleased they have. They have children come in to do ballet dances. We have excellent food here for the holidays. Everything is clean and kept clean with housekeeping and maintenance. We have a new bus driver and she is very good. We have one small car and then we have the bus to take us to the large stores to shop.

When we took the tour we liked what we saw, so we moved my mother-in-law in. I think the managment staff are excellent. They are very informative and always willing to meet our needs. The food is good. I got to taste it. I think the service has been satifactory. There are lots of things to do in activities. She really likes playing cards. The maintenance staff are very responsive. They do things right away. Compared to others, everything looks very nice.

The food seems fine and I have been satisfied with all the other departments.
