My mother has settled in and is content. The community is very clean and the residents look comfortable and well cared for. Sandra is the Director and she is very personable, knowledgeable, she answers my questions, and she volunteers information that I don't ask about. The gal at the front desk is very personable. A man in a wheelchair went to the front desk and I happened to be nearby. He was not clear about what he wanted and I was not even understanding it, but the lady said they would take care of it for him and if they could not, they would call his son. That whole interaction took five minutes and I was so impressed with her patience. There was an old lady sitting at a table and I watched some of the wait staff kneel down and talk to her face to face. Not everyone does that but it is exceptional. Even the ones who stand up are very helpful because often you can't clearly understand what the residents want, so they are patient and give them the time to express what they want. If they don't like what they get, the servers say no problem and then they bring something else. I like the idea that they are flexible. She likes to get her nails done on Saturday so I take her down and she gets that done.She enjoys participating in some of the games. Her room is neat and clean. If you go to the bathroom in the main areas, they are clean.

Sandy has been wonderful. She has worked with us not only on moving into the place, but also letting us borrow furniture until we got everything settled. Her staff has been wonderful to us. He is happy with the food. The servers are good to him. They come in and clean, they do his garbage everyday and they do their jobs well. He says that he gets his laundry back within the hour. Transportation is excellent. They have been so patient with him when he has gone to his appointments. The maintenance has been excellent, especially helping within the new place and putting together new furniture.

Management always answers my questions and the care staff is respectful, kind and friendly. This community always has bingo which my mom loves. She feels safe and comfortable here.

The new manager, Sandy, has really turned things around. They are personable and approachable. I was given a personal cell phone number if I ever need to call about something. I am very happy that they are that responsive to things I may ask about. My mom is eating better and she likes the food that they prepare. They seem to know what that age group would like the best. The chef has got it right on. Once a month he has fried oysters and fried shrimp. They love that day. The housekeeping is really good, and so are the people that do the laundry. The apartment is very clean, and it always smells good. They empty the trash faithfully. The whole thing about that building is that when you walk in there, it smells good. Things are going well. All of my family is very happy that I made the decision to have her move. She seems happier, and I am happier because I see her being happier.

The whole experience was good. People were so helpful and kind. Everything was working fine, and there did not seem to be any problems. I thought the building was very comfortable when coming into the front of the building. It was nice. People were nice and smiled. The housekeeping appeared to be good. It was clean when I came in and clean when I came to pick him up. Everything was very nice to look at. I was lucky enough to have lunch there, and it was delightful. The people were very upbeat. The food is presented beautifully, and it looks scrumptios. He said the meals were good, and he enjoyed it. Anything I asked about was available and answered quite nicely. Accommodations were delightful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The food is generally good. My sister in law is pleased with the variety, and the dining service is efficient. They have quite a few activities, and everyone seems pleased with them. The new maintenance director has been extremely responsive, and she is pleased with her apartment. With all things considered, we are pleased with this community. I know my loved one has gotten her meds promptly, so we are satisfied with the care.

The management staff are very good. They are really helpful. The dining is really good, he likes it. The staff is really very polite. The building and grounds are really nice, that is why I chose it because it was nice and cozy. Everything is nice and clean.

It is a well-run facility and the staff seem like they know what they are doing and are easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about the nursing staff; they great. They are very open and they don't do a one size fits all. His place is kept clean and the building is in good repair.

The staff is responsive to any concerns I've had. They even took her and picked her up from my daughter's wedding. That puts them top on my list! It's just a very nice and pleasant place and a friendly environment.

Mom has been there for a year and a half and the care givers are responsive. It's the same people consistently, they're accessible and we're happy with mom’s care. Mom is safe and we’re satisfied we’re getting a good value.
