I think the price is fair for the services received. Mom is happy with the space in her apartment. When I bring her to my home for a visit, she'll ask to go back so the girls can take care of her. They were responsive and answered questions when I had any. Mother likes the food; especially the coffee. The menu seems to be quite varied. The new chef seems to be doing a good job. The servers have been quite attentive to my mother after my father passed away. The housekeepers do a pretty good job. They help Mom put away her laundry. They come once a week to clean and then make her bed every day. I think the price is fair for the services received. Mom is happy with the space in her apartment.

We absolutely feel like it is a safe and comfortable place for my mom. My mom likes the activities. Housekeeping is good. It is all looking very nice since they renovated it. Once in a while they use the transportation offered to take her to the doctor and that is good. They got a new bus so that is good. The people there are wonderful and it has just been a great experience.

I think the value is fine. I don't have any real problems with that in regards to what we're paying versus what we are getting in return. The care is very good. They take really good care of my husband. The dining is very good. The chef is wonderful; he comes out from the kitchen. There are a variety of activities and they are also very good. They take good care of him and that's what's important.

Housekeeping and laundry are both good. My mother hasn't had any complaints. The activities appear to be entertaining and well planned. We haven't had any issues regarding maintenance. It's going well as far as I know.

Management does a pretty good job. The food is good and they have options. The service is helpful and friendly with my mother. I appreciate that they have activities for her to participate in like exercising. Maintenance has fixed things for my mom and they keep the building maintained with nice décor, it's been good. Healthcare is good about my mother’s medication and she is well taken care of. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

I have explored other communities and I am convinced that from a value proposition, the amenities and the staff is all there. Moreen's style was excellent and professional. She was very responsive with all my emails and phone calls throughout the move in process. They had a lot of activities available and my mother really gravitated towards the Bingo. The laundry service was excellent and the housecleaning was good. The care has been excellent, everyone from the physical therapy to nurses has been excellent and my mother says nothing but good things about them.

Maureen is great in the management office. The service is pretty good in the dining room and the healthcare staff is accessible and responsive 24/7. She's safe and comfortable living there.

The price is competitive. It's a smaller community which we all like. There's no noise like the bigger places. We're happy with it and so is my mother-in-law. Sometimes she even leaves her door open at night when she sleeps. Maureen and her team are trying to do a good job. She's happy with the menu. They let her order alternative items if she doesn’t want something from the menu. You can see that the people have a desire to get things done. John, the driver, is extraordinary and a great driver. We always ask for him to take her. We have already recommended it, I don't know if they could do any better. It's a discussion that we're involved in everywhere with people our age.

The price is fair for what she is receiving. They seem to be taking good care of her. The menu is fine. They have different activities that she enjoys such as bingo and crafts. The cleaning of her room has been good. They just updated the building. The driver is very good with the residents. We haven't had any complaints.

I chose this community for my mother because of the location and I think the size, it being smaller than some of the other ones. Everything looks clean and her clothes seem fine. Right before she moved in they fixed all the closet doors so they opened smoothly and easily. That was fine. Management has been accessible and responsive and my mother feels safe there.
