The food variety and quality is fine. The servers are good. In regards to the transportation, the driver is great and the vehicle is perfect.

Overall we were very satisfied, we loved it, my father had a nice studio, he had bright and sunny windows, we were very pleased with that. Their maintenance man, Mike, was very good, and the Morningside healthcare staff was wonderful. It wasn't perfect but it was the best place for him and I don't think I could have expected better treatment anywhere.

e haven't had any trouble with the management team. They have a good range of activities to keep my friend busy. They are one of the better places that we saw when we looked around.

The management seems to be very knowledgeable with what is going on with my dad. I haven't had a problem with anything in management. They have been very kind. They have continuous activities. My dad loves the art classes. He goes to every one of them. He does so well in the art classes and he really likes it. His room is always very clean. The common areas are beautiful. Mike the maintenance man is very friendly and talks with my dad all the time. He has used the transportation several times this year. They are very prompt and very friendly. The main care givers that take care of him he loves them and they love him.

My mom has a place to live, gets food, activities, and medications, so it's a good value for what she is spending. She says the food is pretty good, and my mom likes to go to the inside activities as well as the outside ones. Laundry and housekeeping are good. Mom's pretty pleased and we have no problems. I have always been impressed with the personal level of attention from the caregivers. The community is taken care of pretty well.

It's definitely a good value at Morningside House of Satyr Hill. I am satisfied with the accommodations provided, the entertainment is very good, the staff is good and the grounds are beautiful. From an outside perspective, it seems to be well managed and It seems to be very well organized. During dining, the residents get what they're supposed to get and it may not be what my mother wants, but it's definitely nutritious. They provide fruit and ice cream, so they mix things up and the service in the dining room is more than accommodating. Activity wise, they always have more to do and they just have a lot there, there is a lot of the entertainment my mom loves. They also do a lot of the activities there at the community and that is what I like to see, so I am pleased with what is being offered. The building and front yard are so well kept that I wish mine looked that good, so the maintenance itself is satisfactory as well. In terms of her care, the staff distributes her medicine, push her to drink water and in general, clean her room and attend to her so I have been very pleased. They're bathing her and when I am there, they routinely come in to check on her, so I even know a few by name because my mom speaks highly of them. Overall, I am satisfied with this choice of community and have already recommended it to others.

I think my aunt feels safe. The community always looks lovely.

My mother needed Assisted Living and from the 2 communities in the area, she preferred Morningside House of Satyr Hill. So far, we're very pleased with the community and she is too. Management displays concern for my mother and the attention that they show her, we see it with other residents also. My mother is very happy with the food, she says it's great and I am satisfied with the service and menu variety that is offered to her. She is participating in activities offered and is enjoying what she is doing. She has tried a number of different of things that they offer and that is good too, that they have choices. The housekeeping services keep her room very clean and in general, the building is very nice. We have been there a few weeks and every time we have gone it's clean, tidy and very presentable. Regarding her care, the staff has been responsive and they seem to go out of their way to do meet n greets or whatever is necessary. Overall, she has made a number of friends and has gotten into a routine there with the different times that things are happening. It feels very safe, secure and she is happy, so that is all that matters. As long as she is enjoying herself, she is happy for us.

All the employees have a good temperament and can handle anything without stress. I commend these ladies and gentlemen that are working there. They are able to communicate with the people and make them laugh. One lady gets my sister singing and dancing. The staff there is wonderful. In regards to the food, my sister loves it. She is a big eater and she eats everything they give her. They go everywhere from beef to chicken to seafood; a little bit of everything. They have some great volunteers that come in and help with the activities. When I am there I even participate in a few of them. They have religious service on the weekend. The volunteers come in and play games with them in the afternoon. The first Monday of the month they have a group that comes in to sing to them. The maintenance is real good. The place is like a hotel. The care staff seems to be always on top of things.

Overall, we are satisfied. I think it is a good place for her. The staff looks out for her with her speech issues. They are good. We are pleased with them. We just haven't had any problems with anything and everyone has been very attentive. The staff in the dining room is exceptional. They know what she likes and will ask her questions to get her choice if she wants something else. She participates in the art class and absolutely loves it. There are a lot of things they will come and get her and take her to join in. She is in a wheelchair so they are good about looking out for her. Whenever we have needed something done from maintenance they have done it. There are some really excellent aides here that look out for her, especially the regular ones she has.
