Morningside House of Satyr Hill

My grandmother seems to be very pleased with the food and likes what she receives. I think they provide a nice variety of activities, especially with a lot of live music and interaction with the art classes and everything; I'm very pleased with that especially, I think they do a good job with that. Everything is clean and very up to date and well maintained, when I had a problem I was able to find someone and they helped me almost right away. I like that there are on site nursing facilities so I'm glad they are able to step in right away when something's going on.

Morningside House is a lovely community. The care staff is really wonderful and I think they really care about their residents. The management team takes very good care of my client. From what I can see from the dining menu, there is a very good selection. Housekeeping and laundry are wonderful services and for the care that he receives and his safety, I feel it's a very fair price.

I am very happy with the activities. I exercise a lot. Sometimes we got to restaurants and I am happy with that too. The housekeeping is doing fine. They are here every Monday to take my clothes and they bring them back the next day. I like the guy who runs the maintenance. He does a good job. If you tell him about something, he will get right on it. The community looks fine and there are no bad odors. Transportation is excellent. Their vehicle is pretty new and Vladamir, the guy who runs it, does a good job. The caregivers are good at giving me my medicine. I feel safe and comfortable here.

The management team seems like they are running a pretty good balance. Everything is focused on the resident and I think they do a good job. My wife seems to enjoy the food fairly well. My wife's tv did not fuction on Sunday, so Monday, I told the maintenance department and they had it fixed within an hour and a half. I am very happy with her care. The caregivers seem to be very concerned and they seem to care for the residents. All in all, their attitudes seem to be focused on the resident.

The food is good and the servers take care of her in the dining room. This community does what they can for people who cannot remember their names. They have activities and got my mother into reading, which is very good. Housekeeping, maintenance and her healthcare staff are all very good. The value at this community is excellent.

Management has helped me out with everything that I have needed with ease. My mother is pretty satisfied with the food and there is always a good variety. They do not serve the same things everyday. The servers are very helpful with the residents and make sure that everybody is taken care of. There is always something going on everyday to keep the residents occupied and entertained. The housekeeing is good and the caregivers have helped me out with everything I have ever needed. They keep me informed if anything has changed with my mother. For the services she is getting, it is in line with other communities.

The management staff seems to have a plan, it's posted every day, everything is pretty routine. The people at the front desk are especially nice, Jane is really wonderful. Their meals are ready and they look appealing. I think he healthcare services are pretty good, they've always been receptive. Everything seems to be pretty good. I see the maintenance guy there a lot, Michael, he is always busy and the place is kept up very well. Overall, I know my uncle is safe and clean at the community.

My mother is being kept active and she's meeting people and talking to people where before she wasn't doing any of that stuff. Management has been very proactive and are quick to take care of things. They post a calendar every day and I think they give the residents one each day so they know what's going on. They sound like nice activities. From what I can tell, the care staff is excellent. I'm very pleased.

My loved one has been at Morningside for 8 years and I think the management staff is very efficient. It is always neat and clean. My loved one just loves the food and loves getting three hot meals per day. The majority of the care staff have been good, they help him get dressed. It's been almost 8 years and he still feels safe and comfortable there.

We moved my mom in because I liked the proximity to her home and to me, the food, the staff, the abundance of outdoor space, and the overall cleanliness of the community. From the menu that I've seen, it looks like they have good options. I'm very pleased with the activities. When I come there in the middle of the day and early evening, she's engaged. I appreciate that they don’t allow her to sit in her room all day. The building is always cleaned and maintained from what I can see. It's been a great experience so far.
