The Nurses are very, very nice, attentive and call me with any concerns. There are no odors in the building and their transportation service always make sure my mom gets to appointments. There is a good variety and consistency of activities offered. I feel comfortable approaching management if I have a question. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.
They are great. If I need something I just walk in the office. She likes the food, especially the dessert. I am happy with activities. She likes to play bingo, when the music is playing and the nail polishing. They seem to do a good job with housekeeping and maintenance and we are very happy with the community. She is safe and it allows me to be able to take trips and know someone is taking care of her.
I am satisfied and at this point I wouldn't entertain moving her anywhere.
Management is excellent and the care staff are very good and are doing a good job with her care.
Management seem to be doing the best they can and things are going good. The dining servers do a good job and the quality of food is good. The caregivers keep me informed on things that are going on. There are always activities offered.
Everything is nice and the facilities are great. It is probably one of the lowest priced in the area and I'd say we are getting a really good bang for our buck. Everybody is very professional and helpful. They have answered all of our questions. They have even given us some great advice when we were looking at some financial things. Everything is clean and the building appears to be well maintained.
We are happy with everything the management has done. My mom seems happy there and everything is going well.
The community has been my aunt's home for close to 10 years. She is happy there, the price is about right and the accommodations are better than they were before. She is safe there and it's much better under new management.
She enjoys the activities very much and participates in many of them. She even schedules other appointments around them because she doesn't want to miss things. She loves the nurses and med techs there. She feels very safe there and we are very happy with the community.
Her apartment is a great place and the price is comparable to other places. My aunt loves the food and the activities are great. Everything is taken care of and looks very nice. The staff is very helpful and nice to her, they are great.
