North Shore Place

My dad has lived here for over two years and it has been a great thing for my dad, even though he won’t admit it. The food from the dining department is good. The activities department tries to keep everyone happy. The maintenance teams keeps up with everything beautifully. My dad gets good attention with the transportation department.

I think they do a very good job at North Shore. I feel the food quality they serve is the dining room is good. Mom enjoys the sing alongs going out to dinner with the activites department. I feel the building is in good condition and well maintained over all. The care staff are very responsive and pleasant in dealing with people that are difficult to deal with.

My father thinks the food is wonderful and thinks the service in the dining room is good. The activities at this community appear to be very nice. The housekeepers clean his apartment every Monday as scheduled and they do his laundry. It is all very good. The maintenance people are really good. When my dad needs something done, they come up right away.

This community seems to be a good value for what we are paying. Stephanie and Jeannette in management have both done a nice job and are pleasant and helpful to work with. I have been satisfied with both of them. My dad certainly seems to be enjoying the dining. I have seen a variety of different dishes on the table when I have visited and the service is very good. Housekeeping has been good so far. His clothing is clean so all is well. I met a couple of the maintenance guys when my dad moved in and they were helpful. They got done what I needed to be done. All of the nurses at this community seem to do a good job. They seem to be cheerful, caring and affective. So far everything is good and I have not had any problems. Everything seems to be going well and my dad is transitioning. He seems happy and is well cared for at this community.

My parents live at Northshore Place for the past 2 years and we've been satisfied with the accommodations provided to them. I think their room is very nice and I feel good about that since it's functional and works very well for them. Things are managed well and they are satisfied with the variety of menu and quality of food avaialble during the dining experience. Their apartment looks great, so housekeeping is good about it and anytime my parents call for maintenance help, the help is incredible. In terms of care, the Nurses and aides have been outstanding. They're extremely responsive, extremely kind and always follow up with me if there is ever an issue. I have even had other Doctors comment that they haven't spoke with staff so efficient so all in all, it's been a wonderful experience.

The management does a good job. If you have concerns or questions they are pretty efficient and tuned into your needs. The selection of food is very good. I hear a lot of good reports from my mom. There is creativeness in what they offer on the menu. I hear good things about the meals when I speak to my mom. I think they offer a good mix of different things for the residents to do. They put a little structure in their lives. I tell people all about where my mom is at and recommend it to them.

I eat here a lot with my mother and I think the food is great and it is beautifully presented. The building maintenance is next to perfect. Anything that I have brought to their attention has been tended to that same day. My mom really enjoys using the transportation service that is offered to go to the beauty shop once a week. The care staff is very caring, nice and respectful when assisting my mother with her bathing and dressing.

I am comfortable with my parents being there and know they are well taken care of. The activities are terrific. My mom partakes in everything. Their apartments are always tidy and clean. My dad had a picture he wanted hung and maintenance came right after he called. The care has been fine. We are pleased with the community as a whole.

The management staff are on top of things. It is a well run place and the staff is terrific. The care staff are very good, they know my mom and always have her medication taken care of. top of things.

The care staff have been terrific with the limited amount of care my mother has needed. She is perfectly amused with the activities and wants to partake in what they are offering. I think the housekeeping and laundry have been okay and the maintenance has been excellent. The building looks very nice. I think they all do the best that they can for what is available.
