I loved the fact that we dealt with the same people on every visit we made over a two year period. She had a visit once on her birthday and the staff even had a little dessert for her and sang Happy Birthday, I was very impressed. Cleopatra has been amazing and I don't think I have ever met a more welcoming person. The floor nurse has been very helpful also. Matthew, the maintenance guy, has bent over backwards, anything you could hope to want he has tried to make that happen. She's commented that she really likes the staff there and she's a tough cookie. I think the staff is just great, they make her feel normal which is really important.

Steve in management was very effective in his job. They had a meeting with the residents who had suggestions. These suggestions were taken to heart and taken care of. The food was quite good when I ate there. The service is good. I see good participation from the people who want to be involved in the activities. He says the activities are fun. Housekeeping is good and they respond when my dad needs assistance. I have no problems with the way the building is maintained. The grounds are excellent. When you first walk into the community, you see a beautiful flower arrangement. It is clean and orderly. They all know and call my dad by his first name. I would definitely recommend it.

Management has communicated very well and been very professional. My father has been satisfied with housekeeping and laundry. He thinks transportation has been great, they have been very flexible. It has been a good experience.

Management is very accommodating, they are very kind, they're very welcoming, and they're accepting. The front office is lovely. The food is delicious, it's varied, they can order off the menu even at midnight, and the staff is very attentive. They have art, music, guest speakers, entertainment, and exercise classes, it’s varied. Maintenance is pretty punctual responding to work orders. The caretakers are just excellent. I have no complaints.

The overall value is very good for how expensive it is, it's worth it. Regarding the management, I have no complaints at all. She sees the doctors and cardiologist, everything seems fine and the doctors are wonderful. Sherry and all of the aides are fantastic. They are very prompt and attentive to my mom. The building itself is very clean and very well kept.

My parents really like the food. The servers already know any particulars that they might have. We've been doing activities on a daily basis there. The movies have been wonderful. The exercise and arts and crafts has been wonderful and they also like the newspaper that they do. My dad has made best friends with the maintenance guys, and they are very respectful. It's a beautiful building. The nursing staff on the floor is super helpful. Everybody helps everybody over there. It is a really nice family. It does seem like an extreme amount of money but it is definitely worthwhile. We are definitely getting our money's worth.

I think the price is a good value for what she receives. It's definitely worth the money. My mom's space is good in her apartment. Everybody there regardless of the level is fantastic and that starts with the management team. The food and service is great. My mom's room is always well kept and the laundry is always done. Her shower needed repair and it was done within two hours. Jennifer and George are fantastic. I love the caretakers. The aides are great, too. I'm very pleased with where she is.

The activities are great. I think management has been decent. I haven't had any notable concerns. It's a good place, I'd recommend it.

My mother is content and busy with the activities and satisfied with the housecleaning. The outside is beautifully landscaped and there are fresh flowers in the foyer. She uses transportation for outings and it is convenient for her. The healthcare staff is very attentive and anytime there is a problem, they call me right away. It's a pretty good value. There is a lot that is offered between meals during the day, housekeeping and the driving service.

For the most part it's fair in terms of price. They get my mom involved as much as they can. Everything seems good regarding the overall maintenance of the community. My experiences with the caretakers have been mostly great. With the new management team in place I've seen a lot of improvement there as well. The staff teams have been very responsive and knowledgeable.
