For the value in this area, the price is probably reasonable. When I moved my dad in a year ago, the management were really good. He says the food is great and the housekeeping is excellent. The housekeepers have been so helpful. They went as far as even changing his clocks for daylight savings time.

There’s plenty of things to do, you don’t have to be bored if you don’t want to be. The care givers always call when there's an issue, even a minor one. They are in good contact and warm and caring people. Given the services yhey offer and the comparative cost, you won’t find better service for the cost. In that regard, the value is good.

The healthcare staff was pretty good about taking care of all of my brother's needs and maintenance was always right there fixing things right away. They did all of his laundry, bedding, and clothing.

In the time my grandmother has been here the dining always looks well organized. One of the guys who does a lot of the activities is very friendly and he always calls my grandmother by her name. Her apartment is clean and housekeeping comes by once a week to do the cleaning and then they come several times a day to collect the trash. If there are any problems it is easy to get a hold of maintenance. What I have seen regarding care has been pretty good. One of the caregivers bends over backwards for her. That is very nice because it gives me a lot of relief.

I chose Northglenn Heights for my mother because I had a friend who recommended it, since her mother moved in recently and really liked it. So far, I think my mother enjoys the dining because it's convenient and the service is satisfactory. With regards to her daily care, I think the healthcare staff is great because the Nurses are accessible and helpful. In terms of maintenance, the building condition is satisfactory and the maintenance man recently helped us with the TV. Regarding activities, it seems like the community has a lot of different programs and options, but my mother doesn't take advantage of them. As to cleanliness, the housekeeping is doing a good job and the laundry has been satisfactory, so it's been a great experience for my mom at the community because management was able to get us in when we needed to do. She feels safe and comfortable there so overall I am happy we chose this community.

I chose this community for my dad because it's really close to my father's church and he also has a friend there. The management team was superb and the care staff treats my dad so nice. Daddy is just so excited having someone doing his laundry, he's 90. Housekeeping comes in the evening to check on him and turn down his bed and he just thinks he's in hog heaven. My dad said he went and "shot the bull" with his buddies and they invited him to do some of the activities. My dad says that he's starting to have fun and that was nice to hear. My dad is just pleased as punch to be there.

I chose Northglenn Heights for my father because of location and that it didn't feel as much of a Nursing Home environment. In terms of value, they provide full services and while there is a newer place by me, I like the environment at Northglenn more. Maintenance went in and took care of everything when he moved in, asking what he needed help with, so they have been really good. Regarding my father's care, it has been absolutely amazing and the staff does the best they can. In terms of cleanliness, he broke a glass and the housekeeping staff came up immediately to clean that up. Also, to the best of my knowledge, they brought his laundry back and there was hardly anything, so they must be staying on top of it. With activities at the community, it seems like every day there are at least 1 or 2 activities that would be good for him and the staff do the best they can with assisting my father in getting to activities. In terms of management, any issues that I have had, they have taken care of immediately and they have been 100% up front and honest with me. The Resident Care Director has been absolutely amazing through all of this as well, so it's been a great experience for my father thus far.

I'd say my mom feels comfortable at Northglenn Heights because her room is fine and there have a good dining menu variety. Management is respectful, knowledgeable and accessible, and while my mother doesn't really partake in anything activity wise, I think they have a good line up and they have lots of things going on for the residents. Her housekeeping services have been fine and they just renovated the building with regards to maintenance, which was nice because it improved the building quite a lot. Regarding her care, the staff is respectful and knowledgeable for what they're doing, plus they're accessible and responsive, so their services have been satisfactory. Overall, I think my mom is safe at the community, so the experience has been satisfactory.

We took my wife there because they have a family feel there. That is more or less her family now. Anytime I have any questions I get answers from management. The healthcare staff that have been there the longest really seem to care. Housekeeping also seems to stay up on everything. The people conducting the activities seem to be really well engaged with everyone as well. As far as I know there is a good menu variety. I'm happy with her being there and I feel that she's safe there.

My mom doesn't complain about the food and she's eating. That's about as good as I could hope for. There seems like there are a lot of activities to do, it's whether they choose to do them or not. The opportunity to do things is there. The building maintenance is good and seems to be kept up.
