Northglenn Heights Assisted Living

The management is really good. I have eaten there before and the dining area is very clean and the staff do very well with cooking. The housekeepers usually come on Fridays to clean his room. I pick him up on Saturday and I bring him back on Sundays and his room is always clean. His clothes when we come back on Sunday are always clean and folded. The maintenance staff are really quick and they are really good about asking if there is anything else they can help with. There are care givers that are on top of it. They know my uncle and they won't let him say no.

The building is in good shape and the maintenance staff have made a number of improvements. The care seems very good. They are definitely friendly and attentive. They are doing the things that they need to do and they are giving my mother the helps she needs.

We found Northglenn through our doctor and I feel very confident that we are ok and I would recommend it to anybody. The food is wonderful and everything is good down there. As far as the cooks and the food and the cleanliness that is good. As far as the activities, there is for everybody; there is walking, praying, music, bingo. There is something for everyone in every capacity. There is such a wide spread of variety that includes everyone that wants to be included. They clean every Thursday. The housekeeper dusts and vacuums and cleans the bathroom and the kitchen. She is very thorough. The maintenance is wonderful. He is right on it no matter what you need. We are very happy here and very satisfied. We have good help here and if we have any complaints they are always taken care of.

The management keeps us informed and are very responsive, and the caregivers that my loved one has have been excellent. I think maintenance is pretty responsive and the community has done a good job with all the common area improvements, it's looking really good. I think house cleaning and laundry are fine, and we're satisfied with the price and overall service we're getting.

Management is good and the servers in the dining room are excellent. The servers are friendly and good. They are willing to go out of their way for the residents. I am impessed with the dining. My dad seems to be pretty comfortable with the variety of the menu. Housekeeping is excellent. They are friendly and do over and above what they have to do. They help him with his phone if he is struggling. They are always there. Maintenance is really good and they help him with any requests he has. In terms of healthcare; caregivers at this community are good.

I think they take really good care of my Grandma at the community. The food is good and they make the right kind of food that the people like my Grandma can eat. The food is healthy and my Grandma enjoys eating it. The activities are good, the housekeeping and laundry services are good and the building seems to be well maintained. The price is expensive but it's definitely on par with everything else out there. You can't really do much better for the services received.

Northglenn Heights is a very nice place, it's clean, it's a larger facility and overall I'm pretty happy with the value. The new manager is doing a pretty darn good job and is paying attention to details. The healthcare is done very well and my mom is happy with the food.

My mom has been there about five weeks and right now there is no issues or lingering problems. The housekeepers are doing the laundry and the housekeeping. They have always been helpful and pleasant to deal with and do the cleaning and have the laundry folded up real nice. The activities staff took her to get her nails done which I thought was nice. I have seen the calendar and there are a lot of wonderful activities and I wish she would be able to participate in them. I am really happy with Northglenn Heights and for the value it has been really helpful to me and my mom.

I got in touch with the Parkinson's Foundation and Northglenn Heights was on there, I wanted somewhere close to me. The management staff have just been excellent, their empathy and compassion, they've been very accommodating. Theresa is an angel, she comes and try to get him involved in activities. I've been treated great by everybody, there are some really good people there.

Comparitively it is a good value. I think the apartment is very good. I feel my mom is safe and comfortable in her apartment. My mom is happy whenever she has a visitor. Cody and the mangement team are doing a great job. The activities are pretty good. I think that everybody tries hard for all the residents. I like all the people. I haven’t met anyone I didn't like. That is a huge plus when you know someone cares. They aren't just doing it for a paycheck.
