My sister is satisfied with the services she receives here in the community. I really like the changes the new adminstrator is implenting in memory care. He is really making some good changes. She looks clean and all. I don’t see anything that looks like it needs work. The structure seems to be kept up well.

My parents love it there. The mangement is very courteous and they are always there when I need them. If I have to leave a message for them they call me back in a decent time. They are very respectful. The housekeepers are always there when they are supposed to be there. The building on the inside and outside looks lovely. Any time she falls the care givers are right on top of it and they call me immediately to inform me what happened. They are always there.

The management is good and my grandma seems to like the food. The activities appear to be entertaining, well planned and consistent. Housekeeping cleans her room pretty well and management is very responsive. The caregivers are respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. I have no concerns.

It's a comforting environment, my mom really enjoyed it there. She liked the people and the staff and that was the most important thing. The dining was excellent, my mother always loved the food and loved the service. The food was nutritious and they took care to watch for the diet and they had a good variety. I think they do really good on their activities. The healthcare staff is all very nice, the caregivers were very good to her.

The people there responded quite quickly. The housekeepers take out the trash and vacuuming and all that, they're helping my mother. The management people are helping her out too, which I appreciate. I'd recommend it without hesitation, it has been great for my mother.

The front desk people they are always extrememly friendly and wonderful. Everytime I have an issue they tend to it and fix the problem. They just went through a total remodel and the place looks fantastic. There is one particular care giver that goes way beyond what I could possibly imagine, he is always so patient. Whenever he sees me or any of my family members he always makes sure he comes and talks and says hi. He will give me updates on my grandmother. If he feels something is off with her he will let me know. It is a clean facility overall and thye do offer great things for people.

The value for the dollar is one of the reasons they're there. I worked with Cindy recently and she was really helpful. They did renovations to the dining room and my folks said what they did was great in regards to the seating and tables. They really appreciate the activities and with taking them out to casinos and taking them out on rides, the people are always happy to do that. They've been extremely happy with housekeeping. In terms of picking up their laundry and bringing it back, they always do it promptly. The renovations look really nice and it appears to be maintained better than when they moved in. The gals that administer the medication at morning and in the evening are always very sweet and nice to them. Overall, my folks seem to be happy there.

My brother has been at the commmunity for the last five years. They usually have plenty of dining options they can choose from. The activities have gotten better in the last six to eight months, it seems like they are doing a lot more now than before, which has been good to see. I have had to deal with maintenacne team a number of times and they are really proactive and helpful. They just remodeled the building so it looks a lot better now than it did before. I have had a few issues with housekeeping, but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Overall, he's been there five years and it's been a good experience.

My mom has been at the community since May 2017. I think she thinks the food is pretty good and she is pretty happy with what they have. She is pretty happy with the housekeeping. The maintenance team did a super job on the remodel! All the new carpet and the paint job and the pictures are great. It looks much better than it used to, so I'm grateful for the transformation. Overall, they are doing a great job. I appreciate the care that they are giving my mom.

So far, she seems to be satisfied with the food. The maintenance department has been good, she had one issue and they addressed it. The building has improved since we moved her in, so that has been nice. They did a lot of upgrades to that so it appears more welcoming. It's a good place, I'd recommend it.
