My mom lives at the community and I think it is definitely more organized than it has been in the past. The food seems to be reasonably good. The service is very good. The calendar is full of activities. The apartment cleaning seems to be pretty good. The public areas are generally fine and well kept. There are some caregivers who are incredible and off the charts. They are helpful, compassionate and very good. The new memory care director seems to be very enthusiastic and good. I have been very impressed with him in the limited interactions I have had with him.

It has been about a year that my mom has lived there and I think the value is good. The food is generally served on time. The housekeepers do a pretty good job when they clean. Maintenance has been great. They are efficient and come when you call them. They are very kind.

I think he lives in a very nice facility with kind people, I really do. He participates in activities and he enjoys it. The facility is very nice, very clean. Maintenance has been pretty good. The transportation service is excellent. They allow small pets and to me, that means they recognize the value and comfort of companionship, which I think is wonderful. I think they work very hard.

We chose the community for my father because of the meals, the medication assistance, and the fact that his apartment has a balcony, as well as the activities. Management was very helpful. They helped me through a rough transition. I'm very pleased with the housekeeping and laundry. We get the calendar of events every week, he's just hasn't yet chosen to do any.

The management staff had to follow up on an issue but they followed up on it pretty quickly. According to my mom, the caregivers do a fantastic job. Every time I see them they seem to be pretty nice and friendly. She normally gives them good comments; they're doing a good job. I think it's a really good value for what you get.

I think the cost is very reasonable when we looked into all my mother-in-law was receiving. The caregivers seem to always call my mother in law by name and say hi to her. She always seems to know who they are so that's very important to us. My mother-in-law loves what they give her for meals and doesn't complain about it, she loves the social time. The girls that are serving are very friendly and seem to know the residents so it's very comforting for us to hear them call them by name. It's going really well for her there, it's become her home. Our main concern is her and she's very happy there so we're really pleased, she's very happy.

Everyone seems very happy there. The food seems to be okay, my mother is eating everything. The transportation seems to work well. They are remodeling the facility right now. Every time I go over there, there are things posted in the elevators advertising the activities. The caregivers respond in a timely manner and they are respectful.

The building looks good; they are painting and putting in new carpet. The care givers I have seen are always nice to my mom. I like Angela, the office manager a lot. She works with me. For the most part everything is nice.

The price is right on compared to other places. My mother is happy with the food. They have some nice music. They are updating the whole building. My mom is very happy with the caregivers.

We moved my mom into the community because she wanted to be in the area she grew up in. The food's good, the service is good, everything is good. They encourage her to go to the dining room and stuff. They stay in touch with me in the management office. Everything has been good up there so far.
