Anytime I needed something fixed or had an inquiry about something, the maintenance always was on it. The care givers took very good care of my mom, and overall, they were respectful. I told a lot of the residents near where I live that it was a very good facility. It is clean, they have food and activities, and it is safe for them.

It just felt like life when you walked into the building, people were walking around and socializing and there were activities. The activities are varied, it's not just the normal stuff you see, they make it unique and interesting and they encourage the patients. Management was very flexible and patient, they answered every question. The healthcare staff is very attentive, everyone we've run into has been very helpful.

The management has always gotten back to me and are easy to approach. My Dad seems to be well entertained and well taken care of. There is a doctor that makes monthly visits to the place and Dad really liked that guy. All my worries have been checked off my list. This was a little Goldilocks for us; affordable but really nice.

Northlake Gardens price is very reasonable. That was one of the reasons we chose it. Even though she is there for dementia reasons, they are treating her like she has an opinion and a say and that is a good thing. When you walk in it is clean and smells good. They make every effort to make it nice.

One thing that we really like about it is that she gets three nutritious meals a day. The chef does a really good job at preparing meals that she likes. It is a little older facility but they keep it clean and the outside appearance is really nice. The caregivers have done everything for her. She can be difficult and they have done really good at dealing with her.

The staff was very welcoming to me when I showed up, they have always welcomed me and I saw that as a natural part of the environment. My mom just loves working with the staff, they make her feel welcome and were all on top of it as far as making sure she was cared for. She's very engaged in the activities and that is key for me, she was reluctant to come to Georgia because she thought she wouldn't meet new friends but they immediately immersed her in the activities. She does workout sessions and they include the families. They certainly keep the facility clean and whenever you ask for maintenance's support, his answer is yes, the staff has really done just a tremendous job. I've gotten peace of mind and there's no price tag you can put on that, she's in an environment that is friendly and people care about her.

We appreciated that services weren't nickle and dimed. It seemed there was a lot of attention around insuring services were inclusive and not having to pay so much for pieces that would feel like it should go with the price. The staff was very accommodating, informative and sensitive to our situation. For the most part, we are really satisfied. My mom who is quite a critic likes most of the meals there. I know they do a ton of things in activities. They care staff does a great job and I have heard nothing but good things from mom.

We chose the community because of the location and price. The sales team and business manager were all excellent. Their customer service was great. They were very nice, very friendly and personable. My mom is satisfied with all the services she is receiving. I am pleased with the way the care team contacted me to help me get her medication transferred over. I am very pleased.

I had several friends who had their mothers there. I've been very satisfied with management; they've been really good, very present. When I've been over there they've had them out in the sitting area. One of the reasons I like the facility is because it's a little bit smaller than where she was, I like the more intimate, engaged atmosphere, it's more like home. We've been very impressed with what we've seen with maintenance and I've been very satisfied with the healthcare services. If they need something they call me and tell me so. So far I've been very happy.

For the area, this community was the least expensive of any around here. We had a couple of meals there and it was really good. The chef was very nice. It looked like the food was good. The meat was soft and they could cut it themselves and there was always an alternative on the menu. They put out a sheet every month with what the activities were. The housekeepers were nice and knew what they were doing. The building was clean and you never saw anything dirty. He got good care. The times he did fall, they would call me and let me know.
