Orchard Pointe

I can not express my complete gratitude for the care of my father and the subsequent death of my father and how they handled the whole situation. The process has been stellar. The management were 100% responsive. They were on it and they were absolutely fabulous in the care of my father and keeping me abreast to any changes or any concerns. The staff was great. The food was great and the service in the dining area was great as well. The whole place was clean so I imagine they were all on top of it and just recently they started painting some things. The care staff were very attentive to him. He was very comfortable there so that told me things were good. It seemed like everybody was being paid attention to.

My mom is quite happy there. It's nice having her at a plae where she is comfortable and happy. The staff is very respectful to her. The nursing staff is very happy to talk to me. They are happy to hear what's going on with her. The buidling usually looks really nice, and everybody takes care of it. It always looks really clean. My mom has been partcipating in arts, baking, and music. The management team is very welcoming and good about answering questions.

The management is good. The dining area has a pretty good variety. Any time I have been there for lunch or for dinner, they have had two different things. The servers do good with my wife. The activities are well planned, and they have a good staff. The care givers keep my wife cleaned up pretty good. She is always in clean clothes when I go there. They have a nurse that does all the medication,s and she is getting them on time. The building is clean, and all the lights are working. Orchard Point seems like they are doing pretty well. I think I am getting my money's worth now. She feels comfortable. This is the third one I have had her in, and this seems to be working good.

We have been really happy there. She always seems taken care of really well. Everyone is always really nice. The care staff care of her very well. Anytime I have anything to tell them, they always get right on it and take care of it. The building is always in good shape. They have activities. It always seems clean when we go in there. They do her laundry and keep her apartment cleaned up. They keep a pretty good menu variety. If she doesn't like something, they will give her something different. Management is always there and always very helpful if I call and need to talk with someone. They have always been very honest. They genuinely care.

My father was well loved by the staff. They loved him and it showed. The care was phenomonal. It was wonderful. I went to some of the Christmas parties and those were wonderful. The finger foods were great for the Christmas parties. Things were well planned and they were great.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the community. Each and every one of the care staff went above and beyond. They loved my dad, and they treated him like gold, so what more could you ask for? They all had their hearts in it. The community van was brand new and looked nice. Everything always worked in the apartment, and the building was definitely maintained well. They did an amazing job with housekeeping, and it also smelled good. The one gal who did activities did a really great job with them, and he enjoyed their bingo. The dining looked good and portioned well. It was healthy. Right away, I felt like it was the place my dad needed to be. Management was unconditionally loving and caring. Overall, it was an amazing experience. They were awesome.

There is good communication and interaction with the management. They are always wanting to help, and they are always polite. The activities are really good. They are making sure these people come down for the things to do. They have programs, and they put them into effect. Not everyone will do them, but I have to give them credit for making an effort. Housekeeping and laundry are very good. They always include my mother-in-law on going in and going out and on the van rides. I feel very comfortable with what they are doing. The care givers are very respectful and kind. They do a great job of keeping the building up, and they switch things out to make things look a little different. The outside is beautiful. I do believe she is safe and well taken care of, and that is what I was looking for. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Management was very cordial and receptive, the people treated my mother very respectfully. The quality of the food was good and the staff adapated well to changes that were needed.

Management does a good job and the people who care for her are wonderful. I know they do a lot of activities and they do try to get everybody to participate. They do have a lot of things available, they've done a very good job of taking my mom out.

I find that management is detailed with what is going on. When I have called them or talked to them there they have had an answer. The times I've been there, the choices on the menu are good. The staff makes sure everybody has their food and drink. I haven't seen a dust bunny and the bathroom is always clean. I think housekeeping is on it. The building and grounds look good. The caregivers there know him. I can ask any one of them and they can pretty much tell me what is going on. They interact with him and he is very comfortable there.
