They have her best interest at heart
The ratio of caregivers to patients seems good. They are very caring and it appears they have the patients best interest at heart. I think they do a really good job.

I have a very good relationship with the management, they have been helpful along the way and made the process easier for dad. They've been helpful, super knowledgeable, and very attentive. Overall the care is really good. The care givers are attentive and always there. The maintenance team is on top of the community, landscaping is nice, everything is picked up, and nothing is in disrepair. They have a lot of activities, they do music, karaoke was cute to see. Dad’s getting three meals a day, eating better, and the food is very good. They've been very good to him.
Management is very attentive to any concerns or question I have and they deal with everything in a pretty professional manner. The food seems to be appropriate, there are always different activities going on, everything is clean in her apartment and everything is kept up just fine. I think the caregivers are doing a pretty darn good job and everybody here cares. I definitely think it is a great place and I don't know if there is anything else in the area that could provide as good as services for the price.
It's a very nice community, so we feel blessed that we were able to get him in there. As far as the food, I have been impressed and the staffing always seems to pay attention to each resident. For what my loved one pays, he couldn't get better care anywhere else, so I am glad that his last days will be at this community. Overall, I have just been really happy with the move and cannot say enough good things about the place. The staffing is just wonderful and everyone is willing to help, so we're very pleased with our experience.
The management has held my hand through this whole experience. The care givers always call us when something has happened and there is always somebody we can reach when we call.
I think I am getting a lot for what I am paying. That is the place that Mom and I have gotten comfortable with over the past six years. I am really grateful to them for being there because I could not take care of her myself. I enjoy the rapport I have with the staff on all levels. They are warm and welcoming. The caregivers and med techs are really good.
They take really good care of my father. He likes the food they serve, the meals seem to never be the same. The activities are fun. They have singing, coloring sheets, little games and my Dad loves them.
The actual connections that the staff, from the bottom to the top, have with the residents is apparent. I have never witnessed anything but kindness, compassion and true caring from any of the staff. I think that is unique and remarkable.
I have no problems with my mother's accommodations and I could never do what they do for her, so there is value for us at the community. The building looks really good and they do a really good job with maintenance and the housekeeping staff stays on top of laundry. The dining has always been very good because they have variety, the food is flavorful and the residents are served promptly. The place is great, so I recommend it all the time.
We feel very blessed to have been able to get my mother into this community. This community is perfect for what its purpose is. I recommend this community anytime someone asks me where would be a good place for a family member with dementia to go. They always seem to have activities going on and they keep the residents engaged. They encourage them to be involved with the activities but they do not force them to participate. They have a nice courtyard in the center of the community and a nice fenced in yard with sidewalks for the residents to enjoy. They are talking about getting a garden to get the residents involved with. That will be great. I go to a lot of these communities for my job and the value that this community provides is second to none. This place is the best that I have seen and I am happy that I could get my mother in here.
