It is the best place for her. She has someone taking care of her and she is getting assistance with her medication like she needs especially during this time. . She doesn't have to be running out to the grocery store all the time. I am glad we got her moved in. You get what you pay for and in this case you are getting something good. The apartment was cleaned very nicely prior to her moving in. She has been having some trouble with her cell phone and they have come in and let them use theirs, this is excellent service.

I chose the community for my father because of location, but I was also very impressed with just the whole first impression. The management is very responsive and friendly. The transportation vehicle is in good condtiion and the driver is both, very friendly and prompt. There is nothing broken around the building and I am satisfied with the acommodations he receives. He participates in the activities and they also come down to get him if there are things he doesn't know about. He loves the food there and he loves that he has choices on the menu. Overall, my father feels safe, comfortable and I think the services they provide are excellent.

My mom is happy with the social atmosphere and sense of community she has there. She has been very happy with the change this has brought her. There are plenty of vegetable choices and they use fresh vegetables when they are available. There are plenty of choices and if they don't like what the main entree is they have other choices. There is plenty for them to do. I am happy that she is not just sitting in her recliner all the time. She has a very good social atmosphere. She participates in what she wants to.

Management is very responsive, maintenance is fine, and the caregivers are very nice. The quality of the food is very good, and the dining service is good. My mom is happy with the menu. Everything that they have asked for regarding activities has pretty much been taken care of. It is a nice building. Everyone is very nice here, and my parents are happy here.

My brother and I were searching places, but the minute we walked in the front door, it just felt like home for our mother. The healthcare staff is very kind, there right away when she needs it, and they check on her. The transportation service already took her to a clinic appointment, and it went great. Maintenance staff hung all of the pictures, fixed the bed for us, and they even carry things in from my car. She is participating in all of their activities, and they help her out. The food is tasty, there are a lot of different offerings, and this is the only place she has ever gotten hot food. Management is quick to do whatever you need help with or ask for. Her apartment space is nice. Overall, the place is wonderful and she absolutely loves it there, so we're pleased.

Overall, it's been a really good experience. Everybody seems to be really happy. I think it's been a very good place. We haven't met a single person that we haven't enjoyed or liked. They've been very good about the care. As far as the maintenance of the apartment, they were good about it. The maintenance was handled quite well when we moved in. They've been very good about the housekeeing. For activities, they've kind of made their way a little bit to get my loved one to join them. The activities are really geared towards the clientele, and it works out well. Every time we've been there, the food and the dining service has been excellent. The servers have such accommodating and fun personalities. The management is super in every way. They're just the kindest, nicest people ever. The value is pretty good. She's getting everything she needs. For what she's getting, it's very comparable and very good. She has a very nice place.

I've been here going on five years, and the people are all accommodating. When you need something, they're always there and help you. Everything about the food is good, the cooks are excellent, and menu variety is very good. I go on the outings, and they're very good. They're real good at taking us to doctors. The drivers are really nice and accommodating. Housekeeping and maintenance are both very good. The care staff is very good. They're everything you could ever ask for. It's awfully good here. They have good activities and transportation, and they take good care of you.

Management has been really good about being responsive and accessible. They have been very helpful and respectful. I love the place, and they are awesome people. With maintenance, anytime there has been a problem, it is resolved within the day. It is awesome. With care, it has been smooth sailing. I have been at a few activities, and it is just fantastic. I think the food is awesome. Service goes above and beyond. The housekeeping is regularly taken care of.

They were able to take her in with 24 hour notice and not only that but the way they greeted her when we came for the tour, the whole staff was there at the entry. They clapped and cheered, the Director said, 'Welcome home Mary', and it brought me to tears, they made it happen. I do appreciate all that the facility has done for my mother, they are so wonderful. I'm quite pleased with the variety on the dining menu that they have and I like that they have the main meal at dinner. The staff understands the nature of the clientele they are dealing with.

The real value is that my parents are safe, which is big, and the apartment is good, so they feel comfortable. They have a ton of activities and there is something going on at least every couple of hours, so it's good for them to get involved. They think the food is good and you can always get something else, so even though they're there for respite, they may actually stay. Management has been very accommodating and on top of everything, so it's been really nice overall.
