Pavilion at Great Hills

I think it's really a nice place. In fact, I would say The Pavilion is a well-kept secret. My dad has done well there. He's been there three years now and I couldn't be happier. The care and nursing is great and they take very good care of him and treat him respectfully. They respond well to the call button and call me if there's anything that's needed. With the Coronavirus, I feel like they've implented the proper things and are doing everything they can to make sure their residents are safe.

I think they're very caring people. I think they look out for Diane. The new management has been cooperative and responsive. They're good about if she has an accident they wash her linens, and they get her clothes done. The place typically looks really good. Maintenance has a good rapport with everybody there, and they're pretty good to come in and get things done.

Her room always looks good. Everything went pretty well with the move in. We are pretty comfortable with the value here. I am happy with it. My mother seems to be satisfied with everything in the dining department so far. She has nothing to complain about.

I think the care staff is great. They all have good hearts, and they're trying their best. I think the maintenance is good. As far as the place as a whole, they do a great job on the common areas. The activities are good. The dining staff is helpful. We're happy with the apartment, it fits all of her needs. I would definitely recommend this community.

The management is pretty good. Anytime I have had to interact with them, they all seem to really do everything we need. The lady that does the billing is very helpful. Anyone that I have talked to at the front desk is very nice. My dad loves the food. I think, overall, they are pretty happy with the community. We walked into th Pavilion, and it is bright and airy and people were sitting in the lobby and doing stuff. I would highly recommend it.

The care staff is very good. They always say to call if I need them for anything. The maintenance team is very receptive. Housekeeping does everything I ask them to do. That have been very receptive that way as well. I think the activities are good. I think she's trying to accommodate everybody, and she's been very receptive to things we've talked about. I really enjoy the music things, and they've added that every week. The dining staff know the people by name, and they know the things they like. The meals are good. For what I have, I think the value is fine. I don't have a problem with that at all.

The med techs and the care staff I think are great. The housekeeping comes in once a week and has been okay. The maintenance staff has fixed the things that I have asked them to fix pretty promptly.

The food looks to be very good and it looks like they have a nice variety of activities. Her room was nice and clean when she moved in and the building looks good to me. The caregivers all seem to be attentive and know who she is.

My parents have been happy there and we are satisfied. The nurses are phenomenal and address issues right away. It's nice that everyone there knows my face and name.

Management has really worked closely with me on any concerns I had with my dad. The staff take the residents out on drives. They are always encouraging him to get out and they do their best to get the residents involved in the activities. I am just really thankful for the community. They have worked through definite things with me whether that is finances or health issues. They treat him like he is family and I couldn't ask for him to be in a better place.
