The care staff always call me when something is going on, they are always there when needed. I love the transportation they offer and she participates in some of the activities and loves the bingo. The maintenance department and housekeeping is good.

The times that I have interacted with management, they've been attentive; they listen, and they try to help with whatever situation is there, either good or bad.

Management was fine, the dining servers were nice, the housekeeping was good and the building was in good shape. The man who drove that bus was fantastic. He helped you do anything. I liked the caregivers. I was very happy with this community and it served my needs.

We got moved in and got all the paperwork straightened out. That all went really smoothly. This community has a whole bunch of activities, I am satisfied with the housekeeping and my dad seems to be getting along real good with the health care people. He seems to feel pretty comfortable here.

My mother said this community was one of the best kept secrets and I would agree with that. It is a very good value for what you get here. Management did the things they said they would do and the caregivers seemed to be very caring and competent. They did a lot of activities, housekeeping was fine and maintenance was very responsive. This is a wonderful community.

We had my mother-in-law at another community, but he wasn't getting the right care, and the price was double what this community is charging. 'A Place for Mom' spoke highly of this place, and we saw a huge value. The director of rehab and the sales guy are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food is so much better. I love the flexibility of the food plans, and you can even go a la carte. It's good food and good options. Housekeeping cleans her clothes, and always cleans the bathroom and the room. They just go above and beyond. The care givers are helpful. We're in a good situation here.

The management has been helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. The healthcare staff stays in contact and there is a very prompt response with them. The dining area looks very inviting with lots of open space, tables and there is plenty on the menu to choose from. Overall, I am satisfied with the price and serviced my aunt is receiving at the community.

The staff at the front desk are really good, my mother loves the food and the dining service is good. The activities, housekeeping and transportation are good and maintenance will take care of something if you say something about it. The value is very good.

She is happy with the dining and likes the food there. I think they have a good variety of activities and offer a lot of things for the residents to do. The building isn't in disrepair and if you need something fixed maintenance comes fairly quickly.

This community is definitely the best. The staff is very nice. They've got a nice variety of activities and the food is good, too.
