They do an excellent job with the care at this community! They allow mom to do what she can do for herself and help her with everything else. The building looks clean and is in very nice condition. It is well maintained. Overall, Audra in management is very approachable and she is very visible. She knows the residents and it seems to me that she gets things done when she says she will. They are doing a good job now with the quarantine. We have zoom meetings with mom and they've been very consistent with that. My mother's safety and her well-being are my priority and they do an awesome job with that.

The care my husband is receiving at the community seems to be really good. They seem to like having him around and they are very nice to him. The place looks in extremely good repair. The housekeeping is going really well. The service is impeccable and the dining is very good He said it was really good. The management has given me a lot of information when I need it. They are there and they listen. They try very hard to follow through on everything I come up with. I am just glad that we found them.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my mother receives at the community. The healthcare staff is really attentive and check on my mom all day long. The maintenance staff do stuff they aren't responsible for, like helping get the television set up. Laundry gets done and the bathroom is always very clean to me. They've had a couple of concerts and they have asked her to come out for bingo. She raves about the food and my sister always says it's very good too. The management staff is respectful and responsive. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable there. I think they're doing a good job.

They have a pretty stable management system now. They have gotten pretty good. My mom is very pleased with the food there and with the cook that they have now. The maintenance has been really good. They hired more care givers to help, and the ones that are there are really good with my mom.

I think the activity director Gary does a good job of coming up with different activities. He has people coming in to play music, he has something scheduled everyday throughout the day. The caregivers send me pictures of what activities she is doing and it is really nice. They are alwasy going above and beyond. At some care facilities there is a smell, but not here, it smells clean, it looks clean, her room is clean, the clothes are clean. I think they do an exceptional job.

The staff have done a good job at working with us and it's a good space to live in, my mother feels safe and comfortable. I get call updates from healthcare services and when I go in there, my mother's spirits are good. Everything is satisfactory with the apartment and they have a nice courtyard at the community, along with flowers. Any time I have witnessed dining, the service seems very good, there is quality in the food and variety in the menu. Management is nice, helpful and accessible if I need anything. Overall, it's been a good experience, she has a very good rapport there with everyone and so do I.

The price is pretty fair, the people are pretty good and the apartment is fine, so my loved one feels content. I don't reach out to the care staff for anything because it's them reaching out to me with information I need, so they're excellent. Overall, the housekeeping is great, there are no issues with the building and they're all keeping him very active, which is the reason we put him in there.

I think the activities are okay and Scott, the maintenance man, is awesome. He is right on anything that we ask him to do. My mom seems to be pretty happy here. Things have been improving there and I am happy about that.

The food has been good, I see a lot of activities going on and housekeeping consistently comes. The caregivers notice things and we haven't had any problems.

They are giving me everything that I was looking for and I am happy with them. The staff is really good and caregivers are attentive and compassionate. Management is pretty good at what they are doing and they call me when something is going on with my husband. They keep the residents busy and there are a lot of activities going on. Housekeeping is pretty good. I have been there at different times in the day and I see his room is clean and his laundry is done.
