Prairie Green at Fay;s Point

I think the value is fair. Management is highly responsive. They take really good care of my father, and I've never had an occasion where I've had to call and ask them for something or something has come up and I'm not notified. There is enough variety with the activities and he has plenty to do if he decides to do it.

Management is very attentive to the needs of my aunt and are always available when I need to speak to them. My aunt loves the dining and the dining service has been great. The staff keeps the residents engaged, the building is always clean and maintenance responds very timely. This community is worth the money and I do not worry about her at all here. I am happy my aunt is here.

When I went for my first visit the outside drew my attention to make me want to put him in there, and they said they remodel it every two years. They update everything every two years, so that's something I liked about it. They always inform me when they're coming to clean his room and do laundry and stuff. Also, I don't have any issues with his care there. They treat them like they're going out to dine in somewhere, and they make it really special for them. I haven't tried the food there but it looks pretty tasty.

The care staff is attentive. If something goes wrong, they contact me. They're always prompt to take care of a situation. I'm satisfied with the medical care my brother is getting. He seems at peace right now, and knowing that he feels comfortable is a good service for me and my family. The brother's room is taken care of. The housekeeping is satisfactory. I see him participating in exercise class and sitting with the other residents. They're making an effort to have him socialize, and that's good. The management is pretty efficient. My communication with them is satisfactory. For what he's receiving for the amount he gets from the state, it's good. I'm pleased with Prairie Green and his stay there.

This place eminates life and vibrancy, it's like a ray of sunshine when you walk in there. When you come in the front door, you get such a warm, vibrant reception, and that speaks volumes to me. The team there is awesome. The director of nursing is fantastic. She has been phenomenal. They're all very patient with him and respond to him. They try to answer his questions and really make him feel loved and cared for. The place itself always looks very exquisite with the flower arrangements and the décor. It's one of the loveliest places I have been in. The housekeeping is impeccable and maintenance is always very much on top of things. The activities are very good. I like the party they have every Friday. They had a Mother's Day event. They acknowledge birthdays, and I think that's so important. They're always doing puzzles, and they have a garden the patients can engage in. They pick vegetables. It makes it feel more like a home. I appreciate the presentation of the meals, and the nutritional thought that's put into it. I've been to lots of facilities, none at the caliber of this location. The wait staff have been very polite and pleasant. The director is very effervescent and knowledgeable. He's very client focused and encouraging, well informed and detail oriented. He's very kind, compassionate, and patient. I enjoy the level of professionalism of the management team, I enjoy the customer service. I enjoy the amenities and the fact this is the place where people actually come to live and not die. It is a place that exemplifies diginity and grace for the people that live there.

My mom’s apartment is clean every time I go over there. The entire building is nice and clean. There is no litter anywhere. The caregivers are attentive to her and notify me of any questions or concerns they might have. The management team is very personable and keeps me up to date. The value is great.

The Executive Director is always responsive. Dad likes to go to the multi purpose room. He likes to play cards and checkers and things of that sort. When your parents have needs and means, I think these are fabulous places, I really do. I am happy with Dad there.

The value is terrific. The apartment is good and has a half kitchen. They have a lot of activities. The actvities person is fantastic. They take them out and have all kinds of events for special days and he gets good care from the nurses and therapists.

My loved one gets three meals a day, meds, activities, cleaning, and he can go stretch out his legs. It's a nice community and amenities for what you pay. He loves that place, absolutely loves it. I can’t picture him anyplace else. It's his home. I can’t thank them enough for what they do on a consistent basis dealing with my loved one.

I love the team and I appreciate them so much. I feel that they don't look at it like it's a job. They treat my Aunt as if she's their Aunt or their relative so it's really a family feel there and I appreciate that. Management is extremely attentive to the needs of the seniors. They know them by name, they know their likes and dislikes, they are very in tune to the residents and they are always available. The staff really connect with what the seniors would like to do and they make the activities fun and enjoyable. It's not a boring place. They're always finding ways to engage the seniors in something fun to do.
