The care is great because whenever you ask for anything, they're right there for you and take care of you. There are lots of activities offered at the community. We get 2 menu options every day, which is good, and the service is very, very good. Overall, management does a good job and I definitely feel both, safe and comfortable at the community, so I would recommend it anytime.

Management went above and beyond their duty There is so much going on around here I can hardly believe it but because of my physical situation at the moment I’m not able to participate in much of anything. All in all, I am very comfortable here.

Kyla, in management, has been very good with my mom. She is the one who we go to if something is going wrong. This is a nice facility. It has some really great people and it is close to my house.

My apartment is very roomy. It has a big kitchen available for my use. The living room, bathroom and shower are all good. I chose to move to the community because it was a good choice for me to be closer to my children. The mangement staff have always been kind and answered any questions I have had. I have no problems with management at all. The food is fine but if you take the portion that is offered it is a bit much for me. The activities are endless if you choose to participate. They come in and clean once a month and do a major cleaning. They come and pick up the laundry and return it folded and ready to be put away. They are very reliable.

I feel like the price is fair here and my mother in law's room is very functional for her. It has all been a good experience for us. She is mostly satisfied with the food. I think the activities offered are great. The housekeeping and maintenance appear to be excellent. I think it is a fine place.

My wife and I like our apartment size. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We have a kitchen, living room and a garage to park our car. We are safe and comfortable at this community and they have allowed us to have our little dog and two cats which is good for my wife. It helps improve her quality of life. Management keeps things fairly well under control. They keep activities going and everything seems to run relatively smooth for most departments. Right now the Director is working at two different places so his time is split between the two communities. Rebecca, in management, is taking over his place when he is not here to help keep things going. The activities are good.They have happy hour on Thursday afternoons and Laura, the activities director, is really good and keeps things going. Housekeeping seems to be good now.

The dining manager does a great job and my mom loves the food, so that is what matters. All of the healthcare staff is good and I have noticed how they treat the residents, plus calling them by name. She'll do the scenic drives and lunch, so that is great and I love all the bus drivers.They have nice activities and events for families, so there are a lot of things going on for the residents at the community. It seems like the whole community is run well and I get calls back from management, so I have already recommended the community to others.

The food quality is good and there are a variety of activities you can do. It's a nice place to be.

It seemed to be the most reasonable in cost for what you get. Management has been very accommodating and understanding to me if they didn't have answers, they directed me to where I could get answers about any questions or concerns I've had. Overall the food we've had there is really good and the service has been great. It seems like there's quite a variety of activities to do there. My mom seems happy with the laundry services and maintenance has been great.

We chose The Quarry for my mother because it was the response time of the enhanced Assisted Living that drew us there. I don't know why so many places don't insist on enhanced Assisted Living because many communities offered one or the other, but no in-between. So far, the healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable and responsive, so the care has been good. Maintenance wise, my husband did a tour of the community and compared to her previous community, he was very pleased. We struggled with a key fob her first day and cable channels, but maintenance managed to help us. With regards to housekeeping, she loved her housekeeper when she arrived. She thought she was so thorough and kind, so she was just thrilled with the experience. While we haven't setup personal laundry yet, they have been doing the sheets and that has been great. In terms of activities, I am hopeful for their pool because up until a couple of years ago, she swam 5 days a week at the Y. As for the dining experience, the food that mother will agree to try has been great, what I've tried it was wonderful and the wait service is satisfactory. With management, everyone has been prompt and very helpful. I am trying to do this long distance because I am 3 hours away, but with running back and forth in trying to get people to communicate with me, things have worked out really well, so everything has been so wonderful and so far, we're pleased. The response time with where we had her previously wasn't working and so far, things look really promising at this community.
